We will focus in this article, not only on the theory of the model of excellence but also on the practice of its principles by the FERTIAL company, which in accordance obtained the EFQM certification during the year 2014, which is considerd the first in Algeria. | ||

On mettra l’accent dans cet article, non seulement sur la théorie du modèle d’excellence mais aussi sur la mise en pratique de ses principes par l’entreprise FERTIAL, qui a conformément obtenue la certification EFQM au cours de l’année 2014, ce qui constitue une première en Algérie. | ||
