المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة بشكل عام إلى التعرف على دور تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات، وللإجابة على التساؤلات واختبار الفرضيات اعتمد الباحثين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في توضيح الجانب النظري وتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (spss)، كما أثبتت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أن مبادئ حوكمة الشركات لها أهمية نسبية كبيرة في تحسين الأداء المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية.

In general, the study aimed to identify the role of the application of the principles of corporate governance in improving the financial performance of institutions to achieve sustainable development, To answer the questions and test the hypotheses, the researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach, To clarify the theoretical aspect, analyze the results of the field study and test the hypotheses using the statistical program (spss., The results of the study also demonstrated that the principles of corporate governance are of great relative importance in improving the financial performance of economic enterprises.

De manière générale, l'étude visait à identifier le rôle de l'application des principes de gouvernement d'entreprise dans l'amélioration de la performance financière des institutions pour parvenir au développement durable, Pour répondre aux questions et tester les hypothèses, les chercheurs ont adopté l'approche analytique descriptive, Pour clarifier l'aspect théorique, analyser les résultats de l'étude de terrain et tester les hypothèses à l'aide du programme statistique (spss), Les résultats de l'étude ont également démontré que les principes de gouvernement d'entreprise sont d'une grande importance relative dans l'amélioration de la performance financière des entreprises économiques.
