المستخلص: تعتبر مشكلة الضبابية في إنجاز مشاريع البناء من أكثر المشاكل التي ينبغي وضع حلول لها، من أجل الوصول إلى مشروع ناجح ومتكامل وبالمواصفات القياسية المطلوبة. ويتحقق ذلك من خلال التزام الجهة المنفذة للمشروع بالوقت المخطط له للإنجاز، وكذا الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد المتاحة. ولما كانت هذه المشكلة ناتجة عن توفر معلومات وبيانات مبهمة أو غير كاملة فيما يخص الزمن أو تكلفة إنجاز المشروع، كان من الضروري إيجاد طريقة واقعية وعملية لمعالجة هذه المشكلة تمثلت في تطبيق مفهوم نظرية المجموعات الضبابية المعتمدة من قبل العالم لطفي زادة.

The fogginess problem in the completion of construction projects is one of the most important problems that must be resolved, in order to reach a successful and integrated project with the required standard specifications. This is achieved through commitment from the project executing party to the planned time for accomplishion, as well as the best utilization of the available resources. Since this problem was a result of the availability of ambiguous or incomplete information and data regarding time or cost of project accomplishing, it was necessary to find a realistic and practical way to address this problem, which was the application of the concept of the fuzzy set Theory adopted by the scientist Lotfi Aliasker Zadeh.

Le problème de fogginess dans la réalisation des projets de construction est l'un des plus importants problèmes qui doivent être résolus, afin d'arriver à un projet réussi et intégré aux spécifications standard requises.Cet objectif est atteint grâce à l'engagement de l'agence d'exécution du projet au moment prévu pour l'achèvement, ainsi qu'à l'utilisation optimale des ressources disponibles.Étant donné que ce problème résultait de la disponibilité d'informations et de données ambiguës ou incomplètes concernant le temps ou le coût de réalisation du projet, il était nécessaire de trouver un moyen réaliste et pratique de résoudre ce problème, qui était l'application du concept de l'ensemble flou. Théorie adoptée par le scientifique Lotfi Aliasker Zadeh.
