المستخلص: صممت هذه الدراسة، للكشف عن علاقة الكفاءة الذاتية باستراتيجيات المواجهة لدى طلبة التخرج في مستوى الليسانس والماستر، ومعرفة مستويات الكفاءة لديهم بالإضافة إلى نوعية الاستراتيجيات التي يستخدمونها في مواجهة الضغوط، ومعرفة إذا ما كان هناك اختلاف في استعمال هذه الاستراتيجيات باختلاف الجنس والمستوى والشعبة، وتم تطبيق مقياس استراتيجيات المواجهة "لفولكمان" و"لازاروس" والكفاءة الذاتية المدركة المكيف في البيئة الجزائرية من طرف "زياد رشيد" و"منصور بوقصاره"، حيث تمت الدراسة الأساسية بعينة مكونة من (127) طالبا؛ وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وقد شمل البحث أربع تساؤلات، وأربع فرضيات وبعد تفريغ النتائج وتحليلها توصلت إلى أنه لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الكفاءة الذاتية واستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس والثانية ماستر، كما أن مستويات الكفاءة الذاتية لديهم متوسطة، إضافة إلى تركيزهم على الاستراتيجيات الموجهة نحو الانفعال، كما أنه توجد فروق في الكفاءة الذاتية واستراتيجيات المواجهة باختلاف الجنس ولا توجد فروق باختلاف المستوى والشعبة لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس والثانية ماستر (بقسم العلوم الاجتماعية جامعة غرداية).

This study aims to shed light of the relationship of self-efficacy and strategies of dealing with graduate students bachelor’s and master’s level, in order to highlight their levels of efficiency as well as the strategies they use in coping with pressure. It aims also to know if there is a difference in terms of using these strategies by gender, level and specialty, and whether Ziad Rashid and Mansoor Bouqsara have applied Volkman and Lazarus’s confrontation scale as well as the self-perceived competency adapted to the Algerian environment The basic study was conducted on a sample of 127 students, using a descriptive approach. It contained four questionings and hypotheses. It concluded that there is no relationship of statistical significance between the self-efficacy and strategies of dealing with pressure among third year bachelor's and second year master students. Besides, their levels of self-competence are medium and they focus on emotion-directed strategies. The study revealed also some differences in terms of self-efficacy and confrontation strategies according to sex, and the lack of differences according of differences according to the level and the specialty of the third year bachelor's and second year master’s students (Department of Social Sciences, University of Ghardaia).
