المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور آليات حوكمة الشركات في ممارسة التحفظ المحاسبي بالشركات المسعرة في البورصة بالجزائر، وقد تم إجراء دراسة تطبيقية على مستوى بعض الشركات المسعرة في البورصة بالجزائر (شركة أليا نس للتأمينات وشركة صيدال وبيوفارم للصناعات الصيدلانية)، حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة من الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية المعنية بتطبيق آليات حوكمة الشركات بالجزائر. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها، أن آليات حوكمة الشركات بالشركات المسعرة في البورصة بالجزائر تساهم في ممارسة التحفظ المحاسبي بواسطة آلية مجلس الإدارة، والتي تعتبر آلية داخلية لحوكمة الشركات.

This study aims to find out the role of corporate governance mechanisms in practicing accounting reservation in companies listed on the stock exchange in Algeria‘ and an applied study was conducted at the level of some companies listed on the stock exchange in Algeria(Alia Nass Insurance Company, Saidal and Biopharm Pharmaceutical Industries), where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of Internal and external parties concerned with implementing corporate governance mechanisms in Algeria. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is that corporate governance mechanisms in companies listed on the stock exchange in Algeria contribute to the exercise of accounting reservation, through the board of directors mechanism, which is considered an internal mechanism for corporate governance.

Cette étude vise à connaître le rôle des mécanismes de gouvernement d'entreprise dans la pratique de la réservation comptable dans les sociétés cotées en bourse en Algérie, et une étude appliquée a été menée au niveau de certaines sociétés cotées en bourse en Algérie (Alia Nass Insurance Company , Saidal et Biopharm Pharmaceutical Industries), où un questionnaire a été distribué à un échantillon de parties internes et externes concernées par la mise en oeuvre des mécanismes de gouvernement d'entreprise en Algérie. Cette étude vise à connaître le rôle des mécanismes de gouvernement d'entreprise dans la pratique de la réservation comptable dans les sociétés cotées en bourse en Algérie, et une étude appliquée a été menée au niveau de certaines sociétés cotées en bourse en Algérie (Alia Nass Insurance Company , Saidal et Biopharm Pharmaceutical Industries), où un questionnaire a été distribué à un échantillon de parties internes et externes concernées par la mise en oeuvre des mécanismes de gouvernement d'entreprise en Algérie.
