المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى بناء نموذج للعلاقات السببية بين أبعاد كل من الإيثار، الذكاء الأخلاقي والمناعة النفسية، والتحقق من ملائمة هذا النموذج لبيانات عينة البحث، وذلك على عينة من طلبة كلية علوم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بلغت (٢٢٣)، بمتوسط عمري (19.43) وانحراف معياري قدرة (١.٣٨)، وقد تم تطبيق الأدوات الآتية: مقياس الإيثار لطلبة الجامعة إعداد الباحثان، مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي لطلبة الجامعة إعداد الباحثان، مقياس المناعة النفسية لطلبة الجامعة إعداد الباحثان، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن ملائمة النموذج المقترح لطبيعة بيانات عينة البحث، وكذلك عدم وجود تأثير مباشر دال إحصائيا للإيثار في الأبعاد الفرعية للمناعة النفسية، ما عدا بعد الثقة بالنفس، كذلك وجود تأثير مباشر موجب دال إحصائيا للإيثار في الذكاء الأخلاقي بأبعاده الفرعية، وكذلك وجود تأثير مباشر موجب دال إحصائيا للذكاء الأخلاقي بأبعاده الفرعية في المناعة النفسية بأبعادها الفرعية، وكذلك وجود تأثير غير مباشر موجب دال إحصائيا للإيثار في المناعة النفسية بأبعاده الفرعية، وذلك عبر الذكاء الأخلاقي بأبعاده الفرعية.

The current research aimed is to build a model for the causal relationships between the dimensions of altruism, moral intelligence and psychological immunity, and to verify the suitability of this model for the data of the research sample, on a sample of students of the College of Science with Special Needs has reached (223), with an average age (19.43) and a standard deviation (1.38), the following tools have been applied: altruism scale for university students preparing the researchers, the moral intelligence scale for university students preparing the researchers, the psychological immunity scale for university students preparing the researchers. the results of the research resulted in the suitability of the proposed model for the nature of the data of the research sample, as well as there is no statistically significant effect of altruism in the sub-dimensions of psychological immunity, except self-confidence, as well as the presence of a statistically positive direct effect of altruism in moral intelligence in its sub-dimensions, as well as the presence of statistically significant positive direct effect for moral intelligence with its sub-dimensions in psychological immunity with its sub-dimensions, as well as the presence of an indirect positive statistically significant effect for the altruism in psychological immunity with its sub-dimensions, through moral intelligence with its sub-dimensions.
