المستخلص: The current study demon states territorial governance and how it is a modern form of territorial management and the promotion of human rights. The main question of our research is the following: what's extent territorial governance can improve and consolidate human rights and enhance their brand image. We will try through this paper, primarily, to understand the concepts of territorial governance and human rights, and secondarily, to analyze the causal links between them and the different perspectives for evolution. Still, answering the central question of our study and the sub questions which ensue from it, we divided our work into two chapters. We will study in a first time the process of the territorial governance and in a second time we will approach the place of human rights in the system of territorial governance.

Ce travail se fixe comme objectif de démontrer en quoi la gouvernance territoriale est une forme moderne du management des territoires et de promotion des droits de l'Homme. La question principale de notre recherche est la suivante : Dans quelle mesure la gouvernance territoriale peut-elle améliorer et consolider les droits de l'Homme et valoriser Limage de ces derniers. Nous allons essayer à travers ce papier d'une part de mieux comprendre les concepts de la gouvernance territoriale et des droits de l'Homme, d'autre part, d'analyser les liens de causalité entre eux et les différentes perspectives d'évolution. Afin de répondre à la question centrale de notre étude et aux sous questions qui en découlent, nous avons scindé notre travail en deux chapitres, nous allons étudier dans un premier temps le processus de la gouvernance territoriale et dans un second temps nous allons aborder la place des droits de l'homme dans le dispositif de la gouvernance territoriale.
