المستخلص: Regarding to the important roles played by the photojournalism and video journalism in the transmission of information and news in addition to influencing the audience and the lack of independent studies focused on measuring the impact despite the large number of researches that dealt with the study of the media, so the problem of the study is: "Revealing the extent of the impact of the photo And video clips on news websites to realize the college youth’s awareness of news content. The sample of the semi-experimental study is represented by an intentional sample of 90 male and female students from the Information Department of the Faculty of Arts at Sohag University to apply the semi-experimental study to them, where they are divided into three groups, each group (30) male and female students. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the effect of the photo image and video clips on electronic news sites and the awareness and remembering of university students about the news content has been proven correct.
