المستخلص: تشارك الشبكات الاجتماعية في إضفاء الطابع الديمقراطي على النقاش العام وتجعلها تعيش ديمقراطية افتراضية لا تتحول إلى تمثيل حقيقي. يستند نسيج الرأي، الذي ينتج عن انفجار التواصل الفوري، إلى قلق المجتمع وحزنه، ومشاعر الظلم، أو المشاعر السياسية والضغوط دون اتساق أيديولوجي للتأثير على الحكم أو تغييره. سيكون تدريب المواطنين على فن النقاش المحترم جانبا مثيرا للاهتمام للديمقراطية الرقمية والافتراضية.

Social networks participate in the democratization of public debate and make live a virtual democracy that does not turn into real representativeness. the fabric of opinion, produced by the explosion of instant communication, is based on the unease and distress of society. Feelings of injustice, or political emotions and pressures without ideological consistency to influence or change governance. Training citizens in the art of respectful discussion would be an interesting aspect of digital and virtual democracy.

Les réseaux sociaux participant a la démocratisation du débat public et font vivre une démocratie virtuelle qui ne se transforme pas en représentativité réelle. La fabrique de l'opinion, produite par l'explosion de la communication instantanée, est basée sur le malaise et la détresse de Ia société, les sentiments d'injustice ou les émotions et pressions politiques sans consistance idéologique pour influencer ou changer la gouvernance. Former les citoyens å l'art de la discussion respectueuse serait un aspect intéressant de la démocratie numérique et virtuelle.
