تتناول هذه الدراسة ثورة 25 يناير 2011 م التي قامت في مصر من ناحية تأثير هذه الثورة على الأوضاع السياسية في مصر وتركز على الأسباب والدوافع التي أدت إلى قيام تلك الثورة من أسباب سياسية، اقتصادية واجتماعية، حيث تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في ظاهرة قيام الثورة واستمرارها حتى إسقاط النظام الحاكم في مصر. وذلك لعدم وجود إصلاحات سياسية، اقتصادية واجتماعية أي غياب البرامج الإصلاحية بشكل عام متمثلة في ضعف الأحزاب السياسية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني واختفاء الطبقة الوسطي، كما تضع الدراسة الفرضية التالية: أثرت الأوضاع السياسية ونظام الحكم في مصر على قيام الثورة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن الثورة والإحداث السياسية التي أنتظمت في مصر في 25 يناير 2011 م إنما هي حصيلة جملة من الأسباب السياسية، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وشخصنة الدولة، ومن أهم التوصيات التي تضعها الورقة هي: على النخبة الحاكمة الحالية في مصر أن تكون حكومتها وفق أسس ديمقراطية وأن تكون حريصة على إقامة حكم ديمقراطي يجسد أحلام شعوبهم أولا ويترجم ثانيا صدق انتقاداتهم المتكررة لنظام الحكم السابق، ويكون على مستوى هذه الانتقادات ويقوم على المشاركة الجماعية، ويجب استعادة الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي إلى دولتها من أجل جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي واستعادة القطاع السياحي لنشاطه المعتاد.
This study investigates the 25th January 2011 revolution that arose in Egypt and the impact of the revolution on the political conditions in Egypt and focuses on the reasons and motives that led to the rise of the revolution political, economic and social. The study problem is represented in the phenomenon of the rise of the revolution and its continuation until the fall of the regime in Egypt. This was due to the lack of political economic and social reformation in general which was mainly represented in the weakness of the political parties and the civil organizations of the society. besides the absence of the middle class . The study also sets a hypothesis that shows the impact of the political situations that shows the impact of the political situations and the regime in Egypt on the rise of the revolution. The study was finally concluded with a number of findings of which the most important was that the political, events that occurred in Egypt in the 25th of January 2011 were the outcome of a number of political, economic reasons. Some of the most important recommendations were that those who are in charge of the government at the moment should adopt democracy as a ruling system and should be keen an establishing democratic regime that embodies the people's dreams and interprets their frequent criticism for the former regime. The regime should be established on communal contribution. The government should also attempt seriously to restore political and economic stability so as to attract foreign investment and restore tourism sector as before.
