المستخلص: يعرض البحث لقضية الوهم في النقل من كتب الراوي حال الكتابة، ويهدف إلى معرفة أسباب الوهم حال النقل، والوسائل التي اتخذها المحدثون لكشفه، وضوابط الإعلال به، ويبين أن النقل من الكتب ونسخها حاجة بشرية وضرورة علمية وواقع حديثي، ويكشف طرق الرواة في كتابة الحديث، وتنوع كتبهم إلى أصول ونسخ وأطراف ومصنفات، وأن الخلل قد يتطرق إليها كلها. ويبين أن الوهم في النقل له أسبابه، وأثره في تحديد درجة الراوي، ويوضح جهود النقاد في كشف الأوهام التي تقع حال النقل من الكتب، إنهم أعلوا بالوهم في النقل، واستخدمه من بعدهم، ويمكن نسبة الخطأ في حديث الراوي لذلك بضوابطه، وقد اعتمد هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التأصيلي، ويوصي بالعناية في هذه القضية عند التطبيق، والتنبه إلى دقائق العلل، وأسباب تطرق الخلل إلى المرويات، ولا شك أن الاطلاع على خفايا النقد مما يبرز جهود المحدثين النقدية، ودقة نقدهم، ويؤكد البحث على التمييز بين أوهام رواة الكتب من جهة، والتغيير المتعمد للمصنفات من جهة أخري، وينبه إلى ضرورة التنبه إلى أخطاء النساخ ومحققي الكتب في عصرنا، فضلا عن الكتب المطبوعة بلا تحقيق علمي.

The research presents the issue of error in copying from the books of the narrator during writing, it aims to find out the causes of error during copying, and the means that Hadith scholars have devised to uncover it, and the conditions that guide using it as a ground for defect, it shows that transferring and copying books is a matter of human need, a scientific necessity, and a reality related to the Hadith, it reveals the narrators' methods of writing Hadith, and the division of their books into usuul (the originals), and nusakh (copies), and atraaf (indexes), and musannafaat (treatises), and that they are all prone to containing error. It shows that mistake in transmission has its causes, and its effects in determining the status of the narrator of the Hadith. It also shows the efforts of the critics in unveiling the errors that happen during the process of copying form books, and that they do premise defects on errors due to copying, and it was used by those who came after them and it is possible to ascribe the error in the hadith of the narrator to this albeit with its conditions. The research adopted the descriptive and basic approach, and it recommends giving attention to this issue in application, and calling attention to the nitty-gritty of defects [in hadith] (‘Ilal), and the causes of error in narrations. There is no doubt in the fact that getting acquainted with the intricacies of criticism is among the factors that reveal the critical efforts of the scholars of hadith, and the accuracy of their criticism, and the research also lays emphasis on differentiating between the errors if the narrators of books on one hand, and a deliberate distortion of books on the other hand, and it calls attention to the necessity of paying attention to the errors of the copywriters and book editors in our contemporary era, no to talk of books published without editing.
