المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة على معرفة أوضاع ليبيا في ظل التفكك الداخلي والاختراق الخارجي، هذا من خلال تسليط الضوء على أهم مظاهر التفكك الداخلي في مختلف الجوانب، التفكك السياسي التي تمثلت في هشاشة النظام السياسي وأزمة الشرعية، وأزمة الهوية وانعدام المشاركة بمختلف صورها، كذلك تفكك اجتماعي المتمثل في الانقسامات القبلية، بالإضافة كذلك للتفكك اقتصادي الذي يتميز بالضعف الاقتصادي لانعدام الاستراتيجيات الاقتصادية الرشيدة ولانتشار سياسة الفساد هذا من جهة، ومن جهة ثانية خضوع ليبيا للاختراق الخارجي الذي اعتمد على حجة حماية المدنيين من تعسف النظام السياسي الذي تميز بالرفض من طرف الداخل، وكذلك رفض الطرف الخارجي نتيجة لتميز النظام بسياسة الخارجية المعادية للغرب ولسياسات الغرب لهذا كل هذه الأوضاع تترجم انعكاسات التفكك الداخلي والتدخل الخارجي على حاضر ومستقبل ليبيا، لذا ارتأت هذه الدراسة التعرف على ليبيا في ظل البيئة الداخلية والخارجية.

This study aims to know the situation of Libya in light of the internal disintegration and external penetration, and this by highlighting the most important manifestations of internal disintegration in various aspects of political disintegration, which was represented by the fragility of the political system and the crisis of legitimacy, the crisis of identity, lack of participation in various forms, as well as social disintegration represented by tribal divisions, in addition to the economic disintegration characterized by economic weakness, lack of rational economic strategies and the spread of this policy of corruption on the one hand and on the other hand, Libya's submission to external penetration Who relied on the argument of protecting civilians from the arbitrariness of the political system, which was characterized by rejection by the inside, as well as the rejection of the outside party as a result of the regime's excellence in the foreign policy hostile to the West and the policies of the West for this situation translates the repercussions of internal disintegration and external intervention on the present and future of Libya, so this study decided to identify Libya in the internal and external environment.
