المستخلص: في ظل انتشار فيروس "كورونا" في معظم أنحاء العالم، الذي كشف عنه في الصين أواخر العام المنصرم، فقد واجهت دول العالم صعوبات جمة في مقاومته، على الرغم من قوتها الاقتصادية، والصناعية، والطبية، إلا أن ديننا الإسلامي، قد أرشدنا في كيفية الوقاية من هذه الأوبئة التي عجزت البشرية عن إيجاد لقاحات تحد من انتشارها، وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر الطهارة في الإسلام في الوقاية من هذا الوباء، وكيف تعامل الإسلام مع هذه الأوبئة في وقت مبكر، حفاظا على صحة الإنسان وسلامته، وقد تطرق الباحثون في البداية إلى مفهوم الوباء المنتشر ما يسمى ب (فيروس كورونا) كما أوضحا أثر الطهارة في الإسلام و إسهامها في الوقاية من هذا الوباء، و كيفية التعامل مع المصاب بالفيروس في ضوء الشريعة، وخلص الباحثون في ضوء نتائج هذا البحث إلى توجيه نداء للبشرية جمعاء، بأن تولي وجهها شطر توجيهات ربها وخالقها، وأن التعاليم الإلهية هي حجر الزاوية في تحصين البشرية جمعاء ضد أخطار هذه الأوبئة الدقيقة المسببة للأمراض، وغيرها من الأمراض التي تتعرض البشرية لها أفراداً وجماعات. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث سلك الباحثون في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي القائم على الاستقراء والتحليل والاستنباط، حيث يقوم الباحثون بجمع النصوص الشرعية المتعلقة بالموضوع من مصادرها، وتحليلها، واستنباط ما تضمنه من أحكام وتوضيح أقوال العلماء في هذه النصوص، وذكر أثر هذه الأحكام في الوقاية من الأوبئة، واعتمد الباحثون على المراجع الطبية وعلى التقارير الصادرة عن منظمة الصحة العالمية فيما يخص الجانب الطبي

In light of the widespread of the Coronavirus in most parts of the world after it had been first revealed in China late last year and the tremendous difficulties faced by the world countries in resisting it despite their economic, industrial, and medical strength, our Islamic religion has guided us on how to prevent these epidemics for which mankind failed to find vaccines that could limit their spread. This study examined the effect of cleanliness in Islam in the prevention of this epidemic, and how Islam protected man’s health and safety by addressing these epidemics from an early time. The researchers firstly discussed the widespread concept of Coronavirus pandemic and the effect of cleanliness in Islam and its contribution to the prevention of Corona, and how to deal with the Coronavirus infected person in the light of the Shari’ah. The study consisted of three sections in which the researchers reviewed the concept of Coronavirus, its causes, and ways to prevent it from a medical point of view, methods of prevention and protection in Islamic shari’ah, divine directives, and prophetic instructions. The researchers concluded this research with an appeal to all humankind to adhere to directions of its Lord and its Creator given that the divine teachings are the cornerstone of immunity for all human beings against the dangers of these delicate disease epidemics and other problems that challenge humanity as individuals and groups. To achieve the goals of the research, the inductive approach will be used in this study, whereby the researcher will collect the religious legal texts related to the subject from their sources to be analysed. Using the descriptive approach, the scholars’ opinions in these texts and the effect of the provisions of these texts in the prevention of epidemics will be studied. The medical references addressing the medical aspect are based on the reports issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) or by similar organizations.
