المستخلص: لقد اهتم العلماء قديما وحديثا بعلم الفروق وألفوا فيه التصانيف، كل فن بحسبه، فقد ألف أبو هلال العسكري كتابه (الفروق اللغوية) في فن اللغة، وافتتح مقدمته بقوله: ((ما رأيت نوعا من العلوم وفنا من الآداب إلا وقد صنف فيه كتب تجمع أطرافه وتنظم أصنافه إلا الكلام في الفرق بين معان تقاربت حتى أشكل القرب بينها. فالفروق في اللغة العربية تتكلم عن المعاني الدقيقة بين الكلمات التي تؤدي نفس المعني في الجملة، وهذا ما أشار إليه العسكري. وأما إذا انتقلنا إلى فن آخر من العلوم كالفقه وأصوله، فإنا نجد أن من تكلم في الفروق في هذا الفن تكلم عنه من ناحية الفروق الموجودة في القواعد والضوابط التي تجمع بعض المسائل، وبيان مدى الاتفاق والافتراق بينها، ولذلك يقول القرافي رحمه الله عن هذا النوع من الفروق في مقدمة كتابه الفروق: ((وجعلت مبادئ المباحث في القواعد بذكر الفروق والسؤال عنها بين فرعين أو قاعدتين فإن وقع السؤال عن الفرق بين الفرعين فبيانه بذكر قاعدة أو قاعدتين يحصل بهما الفرق.

Scientists, in the past and present, have been interested in the science of distinctions and compiled classifications in it, each art according to it. Abu Hilal al-Askari wrote his book (The Linguistic Differences) in the Art of Language, and opened his introduction by saying: “I have never seen a type of science and an art of literature without having compiled books in it that gather its edges and organize Its types, except for words in the difference between meanings, converged to form the closeness between them. The differences in the Arabic language speak of the subtle meanings between words that lead to the same meaning in the sentence, and this is what Al-Askari indicated. And if we move to another art of science such as jurisprudence and its origins, then we find that whoever spoke about the differences in this art spoke about it in terms of the differences in the rules and regulations that unite some issues, and the extent of agreement and separation between them. Therefore, Al-Qarafi, may God have mercy on him, says about this type of the differences in the introduction to his book the differences: “The principles of the investigation are made in the rules by mentioning the differences and asking about them between two branches or two rules. If the question occurs about the difference between the two branches, then his statement by mentioning one or two rules will make the difference.
