|a يعتبر المجال المدرسي مجالا حيويا وهاما من مجالات الخدمة الاجتماعية والذى يمارس في المؤسسات التعليمية المختلفة، حيث تساهم مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية في دراسة المعوقات التي تواجه العمل الفريقي في المدارس الفنية الصناعية والوضع الراهن للممارسة المهنية الحالية مع الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع فريق العمل في تلك المدارس، والمعوقات التي تواجهه أثناء عمله مع فريق العمل، والمعوقات التي تعوقه من ممارسة دوره. -مجالات الدراسة: أ-المجال المكاني: وتحدد المجال المكاني لهذه الدراسة في المدارس الثانوية الفنية الصناعية وهم ( مدرسة الثانوية الفنية بنات - الثانوية الميكانيكية - الثانوية الزخرفية .( ب-المجال البشرى: وتم اختيار المجال البشرى لهذه الدراسة وفقا للآتي: • فريق العمل تم أخذ عينة من فرق العمل بالمدارس الفنية الصناعية وعددهم ٧٠ مفردة. • الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المدارس الثانوية الفنية الصناعية وعددهم ١٥ مفردة. ج-المجال الزمني: وهي فترة جمع البيانات من الميدان وهي الفترة من ٢٠١٩/٨/٢٠ حتى ٢٠١٩/١٠/١٥م. -أهم النتائج والمقترحات: النتائج: 1-أثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم المعوقات المهنية هي وجود منازعات وصراعات في جماعة الفريق. 2-أثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم المعوقات الإدارية هي غياب الرقابة والحساب، عدم عقد اجتماعات دورية لتقييم أداء فريق العمل، وعدم وجود مكان مناسب للعمل المهني. 3-أثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم المعوقات المادية ضيق مساحة المدرسة، بُعد المدرسة عن محل إقامة اغلب أعضاء الفريق، وعدم توافر وسائل مواصلات مناسبة للوصول إلى المدرسة. المقترحات: 1-الاهتمام بالإعداد النظري والعملي لأعضاء الفريق للقيام بأدوارهم. 2-تنظيم دورات تدريبية لزيادة فهم أعضاء الفريق ديناميات العمل الفريقى بالمدارس الفنية الصناعية. 3 -اهتمام المسلولين بالشكاوى التي يتم تقديمها.

|b The school field is considered a vital and important field of social service that is practiced in various educational institutions, as the social service profession contributes to studying the obstacles facing team work in industrial technical schools and the current situation of the current professional practice with the social worker with the work team in those schools, and the obstacles that You face him while working with the team, and the obstacles that hinder him from exercising his role. Fields of Study: A- The spatial domain: The spatial field for this study is defined in the technical and industrial secondary schools, which are (school) B- The human field: The human field for this study was chosen according to the following: •Work Team A sample was taken from the working teams in the industrial technical schools, numbering 70 individuals. •Social workers in the industrial technical secondary schools, which are 15 individuals. C- The time domain: This is the period of data collection from the field, which is the period from20 / 8 /2019 to 15/ 10 / 2019AD. 1-The results of the study proved that the most important professional obstacles are the presence of disputes and conflicts in the team group. 2-The results of the study proved that the most important administrative obstacles are the absence of oversight and accounting, the lack of periodic meetings to evaluate the performance of the work team, and the lack of a suitable place for professional work. 3-The results of the study proved that the most important financial obstacles are the narrow space of the school, the distance of the school from the place of residence of most of the team members, and the lack of suitable transportation to reach the school. Main Findings and Suggestions: Results: 1- The results of the study proved that the most important professional obstacles are the presence of disputes and conflicts in the team group. 2-The results of the study proved that the most important obstacles are the absence of management and accounting, the lack of meetings to evaluate work performance, and the lack of a suitable place for professional work. 3-The results of the study showed that the most important financial obstacles are the narrow space of the school, the school from the school, the team, and the means of transportation to reach the school. Suggestions: 1-Paying attention to the theoretical and practical preparation of team members to carry out their roles. 2-Organizing training courses to increase the team members ’understanding of the dynamics of team work in industrial technical schools. 3-Officials' interest in complaints that are submitted.
