المستخلص: This study aims to define the industrial innovation policy in favor of digitizing the economy in the world, through which we review the theoretical and experimental new aspect that digital technology has contributed to as an innovative tools for the economy in the world, defining the Arab reality in this field, and comparing digital innovation in some countries of the world. The study found that the digital economy is an instrument for innovation and that the degree of global interest and engagement with the new knowledge economy in developed and emerging countries is large and wide in all sectors, as it distinguishes them with a competitive ability in digital creativity. Also, the availability of the appropriate environment in emerging and developed countries to grow up by digitalization has contributed to the development of various activities according to the advanced standards of digitization.
