|a تتمثل هذه الدراسة في إزالة الغموض عن أحد أهم المفاهيم وأكثرها تباينا في مجال قانون المنافسة والذي شهد تطورا مستمرا، ألا وهو "السوق". ويعتبر هذا المفهوم وبامتياز الجوهر الذي يرتكز عليه القانون الاقتصادي. كما تسمح دراسة السوق الجغرافية أيضا إلى تحديد حصة السوق في مناطق جغرافية محددة. مع العلم أن بعض التشريعات على غرار التشريع المغربي وكذا الأروبي تحدد بدقة المدى الجغرافي للسوق، وهذا خلافا للتشريع الجزائري الذي لم يحدد بوضوح النطاق الجغرافي للسوق. والهدف من هذه الدراسة، والتي سوف تنصب بشكل معتبر على ضوء القانون المقارن ومختلف تجارب الدول الأخرى، سوف تركز أكثر على معالجة النصوص القانونية الجزائرية.

|b The present study consists of demystifying one of the most important and divergent notions, the law of competition which is constantly evolving, "the market". This concept fits by essence and with excellence; the context of economic law. The geographic market study also makes it possible to determine the market share in specific geographic areas. Unlike Algerian legislation which has not clearly specified the geographic scope of the market perimeter, certain legislations like Moroccan and European ones precisely determine the geographic extent of the market. This research will be conducted in the light of comparative law and the experiences of other countries. However, its main concern is to examine much more the Algerian texts.

|d Cette étude consiste à faire une démystification de l’une des notions les plus importantes et divergentes du droit de la concurrence, et qui est en permanente évolution, « le marché ». Cette notion s’inscrit par essence et par excellence, dans le contexte du droit économique. L’étude du marché géographique permet aussi de déterminer la part de marché sur des espaces géographiques déterminés. Sachant que certaines législations à l’instar de la législation marocaine et européenne déterminent avec précision l’étendue géographique du marché, contrairement à la législation algérienne qui n’a pas bien précisé la portée géographique du périmètre du marché. L’intérêt de cette recherche sera mené à la lumière du droit comparé et des expériences d’autres pays. Néanmoins son enjeu principal consistera à examiner beaucoup plus les textes algériens.
