المستخلص: شهد الباحثون والمتخصصون لخطاب عبد الرحمان الحاج صالح اللساني بالعلمية، وذلك لاتسامه بأهم صفاتها من دقة ووضوح وموضوعية... يهدف هذا المقال إلى الكشف عن أهم هذه الصفات التي تجلت في النظرية الخليلية الحديثة. من ومن خلال ذلك توصلنا إلى تحديد مفهوم الخطاب اللساني، وتحديد مضمونه في النظرية الخليلية الحديثة، وكذا تفصيل أهم سماته العلمية على مستوى الجهاز المصطلحي والشبكة المفاهيمية والمنهج.

Researchers and professionals have attested that the discourse of the linguist Abelrahmane Hadj Salah is endowed with a scientific quality, as a result of the characteristics of objectivity, precision and rigor... The objec-tive of this paper is to explore the main characteristics of the neo-Khalilian theory from which the concept of linguistic discourse has been determined through the content derived from neo-Khalilian theory, thus we have de-veloped the main scientific characteristics on the level of: terminology, conceptual network, and finally, methodology.

Les chercheurs et les professionnels ont fait preuve de témoin que le discours du linguiste Abelrahmane Hadj Salah est doté d’une qualité scientifique, suite aux caractéristiques d’objectivité, de la précision et de la rigueur L’objectif de cet article est d’exploré les principales caractéristiques de la théorie néo-khaliliene a partir duquel on a déterminé le concept du discours linguistique à travers le contenu issu de théorie néo-khaliliene, ainsi nous avons développé les principaux caractéristiques scientifiques sur le plan: terminologique, réseau conceptuel et enfin méthodologie.
