|a نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز طبيعة النشائ المصرفي الإسلامي في ظل تنامي الصناعة المصرفية الإسلامية في العديد من البلدان، فقد قطعت في ذلك عدة دول إسلامية وعربية وغربية أشواطا متقدمة، خصوصا في جنوب شرق آسيا والخليج العربي وأوروبا، وتكللت مجهوداتها بنجاحات باهرة، قامت من خلالها بإنشاء فروع لمؤسساتها ومصارفها، بهدف تعميم هذه الصناعة وتوسيع نشاطاتها خارج بلدانها الأصلية، حيث لقيت إقبالا وطلبا متزايدا على منتجاتها من طرف الأفراد والمؤسسات التي تبحث عن التمويل والاستثمار وفق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية.

|b Through this study, we seek to highlight the nature of Islamic banking in light of the growth of the Islamic banking industry in many countries. Several Islamic, Arab, and Western countries have made strides in this, especially in Southeast Asia, the Arab Gulf, and Europe. Its efforts have culminated impressive successes carried out by establishing branches of its institutions and banks, with the aim of generalizing this industry and expanding its activities outside their countries of origin where it has received an increasing demand and demands for its products by individuals and institutions whom are looking for financing and investment in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
