| 520 | |d La diversification économique est un choix stratégique pour créer une croissance économique durable dans les économies pétrolières arabes face au dilemme de "la malédiction du pétrole "ou plutôt "la maladie hollandaise", en plus du risque d'instabilité étant donné que les prix du pétrole subissent des fluctuations fortes et périodiques sur les marchés mondiaux. Cette étude vise à évaluer les efforts visant à diversifier les pays arabes producteurs de pétrole grâce à une presentation complète de la réalité et des défis de la diversification dans ces pays, et à mettre en evidence l'ingrédient clé le plus important pour la réussite future. L'étude a révélé que malgré les efforts de diversification de l'économie, la richesse pétrolière reste le principal moteur de l'économie. L'étude suggère que les pays pétroliers arabes devraient adopter un modèle spécial pour promouvoir une diversification économique planifiée et réglementée basée sur des secteurs non pétroliers. | ||
| 520 | |b Economic diversification is considered as a strategic option to achieve sustainable economic growth in Arab oil dependent economies facing the "oil curse" or the "Dutch disease", as well as the risk of instability resulting from the cyclic fluctuation of oil price in world markets. This study seeks to assess the efforts to diversify in the Arab oil dependent countries, through a comprehensive presentation of the realities and challenges of diversification in these countries and highlighting the main elements of its future success. The study found that despite efforts to diversify the economy, oil wealth remains the main driver gearing the economy. The study suggests that Arab oil countries should adopt a special pattern to promote planned and organized economic diversification based on non-oil sectors. | ||
| 520 | |a يعد التنويع الاقتصادي خيارا استراتيجيا لإيجاد نمو اقتصادي مستدام في الاقتصادات العربية النفطية التي تواجه معضلة "لعنة النفط" أو "المرض الهولندي"، إضافة إلى خطر عدم الاستقرار بالنظر إلى أن أسعار النفط تشهد تقلبات حادة ودورية في الأسوق العالمية. تسعى هذه الدراسة لتقييم الجهود الرامية للتنويع في البلدان العربية النفطية، من خلال عرض شامل لواقع وتحديات التنويع في هذه البلدان وتسليط الضوء على أبرز المقومات الرئيسية للنجاح فيه مستقبلا. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة لتنويع الاقتصاد فإن الثروة النفطية لاتزال المحرك الرئيسي الذي يدفع عجلة الاقتصاد. وتقترح الدراسة ضرورة تبني البلدان العربية النفطية نمطا خاصا لتعزيز تنويع اقتصادي مخطط، منظم وقائم على القطاعات غير النفطية. | ||
