المستخلص: موضوع البحث: إبراز أهمية المنهج في تناول القضايا الغيبية، مع بيان أثر اختلاف المنهج بين أهل السنة والمتكلمة في تقرير هذه الأخبار كقضية: "ذبح الموت"، و "عذاب القبر". هدف البحث: مناقشة أدلة الفريقين، وبيان منهجهما في التعامل مع نصوص الوحي خاصة مسالة: "ذبح الموت" و "عذاب القبر". مشكلة البحث: ما السر في اختلاف أهل السنة مع غيرهم في التعامل مع الأخبار الغيبية كقضية: "ذبح الموت"، و "عذاب القبر"؟ وهل للمنهج دور في هذا الاختلاف؟ نتائج البحث: ١. الاختلاف في المنهج خاصة في القضايا الغيبية من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى التباين في التعامل معها. ٢. الاختلاف في المنهج أدى بفريق إلى تمرير تلك الأخبار يقينا منه بأن: من الله العلم وعلى الرسول البلاغ وعلى الأمة التسليم، بينما استنكف فريق آخر السير على سنن أهل الاتباع فركب مطية التأويل فتسبب في تعطيل أخبار ثابتة بمقتضى الوحي.

Research topic: Highlighting the importance of methodology in dealing with matters of unseen, in addition to explaining impact of the difference between the methodology of Ahlu-Sunnah and Theologians in establishing these narrations like the issue of “slaughtering of death” and “punishment of the grave”. Research objectives: Discussing the proofs of the two groups, and explaining their methodologies in dealing with texts of revelation especially the matters of “slaughtering of death” and “punishment of the grave”. Research problem: What is the secret behind the disagreement of the Ahlu-Sunnnah with others in dealing with narrations of unseen like the issue of “slaughtering of death” and “punishment of the grave”? Does methodology play a role in this disagreement? Research findings: 1. Difference of methodology, especially, in matters of unseen leads to difference in the way of dealing with them. 2. Difference in methodology led one of the groups to affirming those narrations with certainty that: the knowledge is from Allah, the messenger is to transmit it while the Ummah is to submit to it, while the other group refuse to follow that path and instead, adopted skewed interpretations and that caused the denial of narrations established by revelation.
