المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة التنموية بجامعة القصيم، ومدى توفر متطلبات الجامعة المستدامة بجامعة القصيم من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية؛ كما هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول كل من درجة ممارسة القيادة التنموية، وتعرف درجة توفر متطلبات الجامعة المستدامة بجامعة القصيم؛ والتي يعزى إلى متغير: (الوظيفة القيادية)، وقياس أثر ممارسات القيادة التنموية ودورها في تحقيق متطلبات الجامعة المستدامة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات ولمعلومات؛ والتي طبقت على عينة مكونة من (97) قائدا أكاديميا في جامعة القصيم، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج كان من أبرزها: أن درجة ممارسة القيادة التنموية في جامعة القصيم (متوسطة)، وعدم وجود فروق إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة القصيم لدرجة ممارسة القيادة التنموية تعزى إلى متغير الوظيفة القيادية، وأن متطلبات الجامعة المستدامة في جامعة القصيم متوفر بدرجة (متوسطة)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة القصيم لدرجة توافر متطلبات الجامعة المستدامة تُعزي إلى متغير الوظيفة القيادية بالنسبة للدرجة الكلية والمجالات كافة عدا مجال البحث العلمي وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)؛ وجاءت هذه الفروق لصالح رؤساء الأقسام العلمية، كما كان من نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسات القيادة التنموية ومتطلبات الجامعة المستدامة بجامعة القصيم عند مستوى معنوية (0,05)؛ مما يشير إلى أهمية دور القيادة التنموية في تحقيق متطلبات الجامعة المستدامة.

The study aimed to identify the status of development leadership practices in the Qaseem University, and the availability of sustainable university requirements from the viewpoint of academic leaders; the study also aimed to uncover the differences related to statistical significance between the averages of the responses of the study sample members about each of the reality of development leadership practices, And the availability of sustainable university requirements at the Qaseem University, which are attributed to a variable: (the Leadership function), and measuring the impact of development leadership practices and their role in achieving the requirements of a sustainable university. The study used the descriptive method and the questionnaire as a tool to collect data and information, which was applied to a sample consisting of (97) academic leaders in the Qaseem University. The study reached many results, the most important of which were: The degree of development leadership practice in the Qassim University (medium), and the lack of There are statistical differences between the averages of the academic leadership estimates in the Qassim University for the degree of developmental leadership practice attributable to the variable of the leadership position, and that the requirements for a sustainable university in the Qassim University are available with a (intermediate) degree, and the lack of statistical differences between the averages of the academic leadership estimates in the Qassim University The availability of sustainable university requirements is attributed to the variable of leadership position in relation to the total degree and all fields except for the field of scientific research There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05); these differences were in favor of the heads of scientific departments, and one of the results of the study was a correlation and statistically significant effect between development leadership practices and the requirements of the sustainable university in the Qassim University at a significant level (0.05); This indicates the important role of development leadership in achieving the requirements of the sustainable university.
