المستخلص: تكتسب الوثائق المرتبطة بالأندلس - أيا كان نوعها- أهمية خاصة؛ لأنها تعنى بمرحلة تاريخية ذات خصوصية زمانية اجتماعية مكانية ولها بعد ديني. والبحث ينطلق من هذا النظر في مجموعة وثائق جمعها ودرسها من الناحية التاريخية الدكتور محمود علي مكي في كتاب "وثائق تاريخية جديدة عن عصر المرابطين"، ثم دراستها أدبيا دون إغفال الجانب التاريخي. وهذه الوثائق هي مجموعة رسائل كتبت في عصر المرابطين الذي يعد من عصور عدة تعاقبت على الأندلس تحت حكم المسلمين. وقد توزع البحث على أربعة مباحث سبقها مقدمة وتمهيد، الأول عن عرض الكتاب، ومضامين الرسائل الديوانية، أما المبحث الثاني فكان عن الكتاب الذين كتبوا الرسائل، وخص المبحث الثالث عن الرسالة وعناصرها وبناؤها الفني، والمبحث الرابع عن الفنون البلاغية. وتلا ذلك خاتمة وقائمة بأسماء المصادر والمراجع. كانت الرسائل اثنتين وعشرين رسالة، وهي على ثلاثة أصناف: حربية جهادية، إدارية قضائية، ورسائل توصية وأمور عامة منها: رسالة عن أسراب الجراد التي غزت المنطقة، ومن هذه المجموعة رسالة واحدة كتبها ابن برد الأصغر وهي من عصر آخر هو عصر الطوائف. ومن السمات الفنية لهذه الرسائل أنها: - اعتمدت سياقا محددا عند الكتابة وإنشاء الرسالة فهناك دعاء للمرسل إليه في البداية ثم الانتقال إلى الغرض الفعلي من الرسالة، وبعدها اختتام الرسالة. - كان الأسلوب المرسل البعيد عن التكلف مع تجنب الغموض هو السمة الواضحة في الرسائل. - كل كاتب من الكتاب كان له أسلوبه المتفرد. - الفنون البلاغية لم تكن غائبة عن الرسائل من ذلك السجع والمجاز التي كانت وسائل إقناع، وهي لم تؤثر على وضوح الأفكار. - على الرغم من أن هذه الرسائل كانت ذات سمات إدارية لكنها قدمت ما هو مفيد في فهم الحوادث والسياقات التاريخية والمعارك، وطبيعة حكم المرابطين الذي اعتمد مبدأ الشورى في الإدارة المحلية وهو نوع حكم قريب من الديمقراطية الحديثة. ولقد باتت هذه الرسائل وثائق تاريخية تحظى بأهمية كبيرة، وذلك لندرة ما تحمله من معلومات تبين حقيقة تلك الحقبة المجيدة من تاريخ العرب.

The documents that related to Andalusia - of whatever type - are of special importance, because they belong to a historical stage with a specific, temporal, social, and religious dimension. The topic of the research was a group of letters in the era of the Almoravids that turned into documents. These letters / documents were collected and historically studied by Dr. Mahmoud Ali Makki in his book «New Historical Documents on the Almoravids Era,» and the research sought to study them literary without neglecting the historical aspect, since they are documents related to a specific period of time. These documents are a collection of letters from the Almoravids era, which is one of several successive eras on Andalusia when the Muslims crossed the strait and ruled it, and it was the bridge to cross civilization to the West and restore the soul to Western civilizations. The civilized spirit returned to Europe after translating Greek books into Arabic, and then moved again to Europe. The research was divided into four sections preceded by an introduction, and preface, the first is the presentation of the book and the contents of the letters, while the second is on the writers who wrote the letters, the third is on the artistic features of the letters, and the fourth is on rhetoric. They followed by a conclusion and a list of references The letters were twenty-two, and they were of three types of jihadist warfare, administrative, judicial, and finally letters of recommendation and general matters, including one on the locust swarms that invaded the region. From this collection, one letter was written by Ibn Burd Alasghar Younger, and it is from another era. Among the artistic features of these letters are: It adopted a specific approach when writing and composing the letter. There is a supplication to the addressee at the beginning, then moving to the actual purpose of the letter, and then concluding it. The sentimental style, far from being impatient while avoiding ambiguity, was the clear feature of the letters. The rhetorical arts were not absent from the letters of that artistic rhyme and metaphor, which were means of persuasion, and rhetoric did not affect the clarity of ideas. - Although these letters had administrative features, they provided what was useful in understanding incidents, historical contexts and battles, and the nature of the rule of the Almoravids, which adopted the principle of shura in local administration, which is a type of government cloe to modern democracy.. These letters have become documents that are important in many ways due to the scarcity of information about that glorious period in Arab history.
