|a يعنى هذا البحث بموضوع: علاقة اسم الله تعالى "الحكيم" باسم الله تعالى "العزيز" "دراسة موضوعية "؛ وذلك لأهمية العلم بأسماء الله تعالى الحسنى في فواصل القرآن الكريم، ومعرفة دلالاتها في السياق. وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في دراسة اقتران هذين الاسمين الجليلين على التحديد من خلال النظر في السياق الذي وردا فيه، والبحث في آراء المفسرين وتوجيهاتهم، وأقوال علماء العقيدة واللغة؛ لإبراز دور هذا الايران وتأثيره في واقع النظام العقدي والتشريعي والأخلاقي الإسلامي، وأن لهذين الاسمين مقترنين أحكاما ومعاني جديدة تضاف إلى ما تفرد به كل منهما منفردا، ومن ثم الكشف عن تأثيرهما في حياة المسلم، الأمر الذي من شأنه أن ينهض بهذه الأمة ويرتقي بها من خلال التفعيل والتضيق، وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج تفضي إلى الإجابة عن محور البحث الأساس وهي: أن اقتران اسم الله تعالى "العزيز" باسمه "الحكيم" يظهر مسلكا دقيقا ومنحي جليلا في إعجاز القرآن الكريم من حيث دقة التناسب والتناسق بين سياق الآية وما تحمله من معان؛ وبين فاصلتها بهذين الاسمين الكريمين اللذين وردا في سياق الحديث عن تمجيد الله تعالى وعزته ونصره، وفي سياق استعطاف العباد لله عز وجل، وفي سياق إرسال الرسل وإنزال الكتاب والتشريعات، وفي سياق الوعد والوعيد، وأن اسم الله تعالى "العزيز" تقدم على اسمه "الحكيم" في كل مواضع الاقتران، وهو من باب تقديم السبب على المسبب، وتأخر الغايات عن وسائلها، وأيضا من لطائف التقديم "أن العزيز من صفات الذات، بينما "الحكيم" من صفات الأفعال.

|b This research deals with the relationship between the names of Allah (Al-Hakeeni) and (Al-Aziz) in an objective approach, due to the importance of knowing verses ending words and knowing its implications in the context of the verse. The problem of this research is to highlight the role of this association, through a deep look into the context in which those names were mentioned, and research the interprets' thoughts and directions, and the saying of linguistic and creed’s scholars to highlight the role of this association and its impact on the reality of the moral, legislative and ethical system of Islam, and to show that these two name are accompanied by advance provisions and meanings that are added to the uniqueness of each individual name, then this research study disclose their impact in the muslim’s life, which would raise this nation and help making a progress through the activation and the application of the provisions. This study concludes with results that lead to the answer to the main research axis: that the combination of the name of Allah "Al-Aziz" and his name "Al-Hakeem" shows a precise path and very oriented curve in the miracles of the Holy Quran in terms of accuracy of proportionality and consistency between the context of the verse and its meanings, and ending it with those two glorious names which were mentioned in the context of glorifying God and his pride and victory, the context of worshippers’ requests from Allah, the context of sending messengers and books with legislations and the context of the promise and the intimidation, and wre should point out that the name of Allah “Al-Aziz" alwrays precedes the name “Al-Hakeem” in all of the contexts, in order to put the cause before the reason, and the delays of ends from their means, furthermore, from the contextual rhetoric in the wray they were introduced, that the name “Al- Aziz” is from the self-describing adjectives, while “Al-Hakeem” is from the qualities of deeds adjective.
