المستخلص: يسعى البحث إلى تحسين وتصحيح أوضاع الأمة والارتفاع بمستواها الأخلاقي والاجتماعي من خلال دراسة السيرة النبوية بشكل تطبيقي يراد منه تجسيد الحقيقة الإسلامية كاملة في مثلها الأعلى محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وذلك من خلال هجرته صلى الله عليه وسلم، ويهدف البحث إلى الربط بين التخطيط والأخلاق، وكيف كانت الأخلاق سببًا لنجاح التخطيط، مع تطبيق ذلك على مراحل الهجرة ورجالاتها، من خلال آيات قرآنية شاهدة على أن كمال أخلاق النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم سبب لحسن تخطيطه وتدبيره، وأخلاق أصحابه وما رباهم عليه صلى الله عليه وسلم؛ وذلك بالربط بين آيات الكتاب والسنة، وتكمن أهمية البحث في إبراز حاجة الأمة لاستشراف المستقبل والتخطيط السليم لحاضرها ومستقبلها وما في ذلك من إعطاء الأمل بمستقبل أفضل من خلال العلوم المعاصرة للتخطيط، واستنباط أصول هذه العلوم من القرآن الكريم وسنة رسول الله وربطها بواقع الناس، واعتمدت المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي والوصف والمقارنة، وجمعت للبحث الصبغة التفسيرية جنبًا إلى جنب مع السيرة النبوية، وعند ذكر خطوات التخطيط ومراحله وأهدافه وأهميته ذكرت شاهدها من الهجرة بين قوسين بالإشارة للحدث دون تفصيل فيه، فليس المقصود سرد أحداث الهجرة، بل الاستنباط منها.

The research seeks to improve and correct the state of the nation and the rise in moral and social level through the study of the Prophet's biography in an application that is intended to reflect the full Islamic truth in the ideals of Muhammadصلى الله عليه وسلم, Through his migration صلى الله عليه وسلم, The research aims to link planning and ethics and how ethics was a reason for the success of planning with the application of the stages of migration and men, Through Quranic verses, it bears witness that the perfection of the Prophet's ethics is a reason for his good planning and management, And the ethics of his companions and what they have done to him by linking the verses of the Qur'aan and Sunnah, The importance of research is to highlight the nation's need to explore the future and sound planning for its present and future, and to give hope for a better future through the contemporary science of planning, And devising the origins of these sciences from the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah and linking them to the reality of people, And adopted the method of inductive reasoning and description and comparison, And sometimes the analytical approach, The research was combined with an explanatory tone along with the prophetic biography, When mentioning the steps of the planning and its stages, objectives and importance, the viewer mentioned migration in parentheses by reference to the event without elaboration, It is not intended to recount migration events, But to draw from them, The most important research results, 1. Islam in particular has bridged the gap between theory, practice and migration as a living model that we have lived up to today, 2. Continue to explain the biography of the Prophet on the curriculum of the Koran, which cut us the path of the prophets, 3. The facts of migration all emphasize the need for planning, study of large issues and partial matters, and accuracy in movement and implementation, 4. Migration is an ongoing and obligatory behavior that we must pursue and practice at all levels, at all times, the most important recommendations are: Recommending the permanent linkage between the theoretical aspects in research, studies and scientific papers and the practical aspects of the application through initiatives and projects that combine the scientific and practical aspects with the use of the characteristics and benefits of computer technologies and social communication programs.
