المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى قياس معارف ومهارات طلاب وخريجي جامعة المنوفية من غير المتخصصيين قبل وبعد التطبيق عن قياس الوعى الثقافي لريادة، الأعمال الاجتماعية والوعى الثقافي الملبسي للأنماط الملبسية للأجسام النسائية المختلفة وآراء الطلاب نحو بعض التصميمات المنفذة للمكملات الملبسية الإضافية في إخفاء عيوب الجسم للتطبيق كمشروع صغير وتوضيح العلاقة الارتباطية الوثيقة فيما بينهم حتى تتمكن من اختيار ما يتناسب مع نمطها الجسمي ومن حولها في المراحل المختلفة من ألوان وخامات وقصات مختلفة ليتحقق توازن النمط الجسمي، واستخدمت الدراسة الأدوات والأساليب والمنهج المناسب لتحقيق أهداف البحث وقامت الدراسة بعمل كتيب ورقى لتوضيح أنماط الجسم النسائية المختلفة مع الشرح أثناء تطبيق البرنامج، كما قامت الدراسة بتصميم عدد (8) من المكملات الملبسية الإضافية المنفصلة لملابس السهرة باستخدام بقايا الأقمشة السوارية بالمحلات وأسلوب التشكيل الحى والحياكة الراقية وتكنولوجيا الحاسب (Adobe Photoshop) مع وضع توصيف تقنيات يدوية بسيطة مقترحة للتنفيذ وإرفاقها مع الكتيب، تفعيل دور ريادة الأعمال في خدمة المشروعات الصغيرة وزيادة الكفاءات الإنتاجية، التعرف على عالم ريادة الأعمال أمرا مهما يساعد الفئة الشبابية والطلابية على ثقافة العمل الحر لتمكينها من النجاح والاستمرارية في عالم الأعمال، قامت الباحثة بعمل استبيان لتحكيم البرنامج قبل وبعد التطبيق، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الطالبات قبل وبعد التطبيق لصالح التطبيق البعدي لبنود المحور الأول (ريادة الأعمال)، بنود المحور الثاني (أنماط الأجسام النسائية المختلفة)، بنود المحور الثالث (آراء الطلاب نحو المكملات الملبسية الإضافية المنفذة محل الدراسة)، أوصت الدارسة بضرورة زيادة الوعى الثقافي الملبسى جماليا ووظيفيا وصحيا خاصة بالمناطق الريفية والإقليمية، ضرورة نشر وغرس التعليم الريادي والعمل الحر من خلال الجامعات وتسليح خريجيها لسوق العمل وتفعيل دور ريادة الأعمال الحرة في خدمة المشروعات الصغيرة خاصة بانتقاء المعارف والمهارات البسيطة التي تتناسب مع قدرات فئة غير المتخصصيين من أفراد المجتمع الريفي بهدف استثمار كافة الطاقات البشرية المهملة في دفع عجلة الإنتاج وزيادة القدرة الإنتاجية تماشيا مع اتجاهات الدولة في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي والمساهمة في الانتقال من مرحلة الركود والاعتماد على الدولة في توفير فرص العمل والوظائف الحكومية إلى حالة الازدهار والانتعاش في الاستقلالية والاعتماد على الذات.

The aim of the research is to measure the knowledge and skills of non-specialist students and graduates of Menoufia University before and after the application about measuring cultural awareness of entrepreneurship, social work, and cultural awareness of clothing patterns of clothing styles for different women’s bodies and students’ opinions about some designs executed for additional clothing supplements in concealing body defects for application as a small project and clarifying the close correlation between them so that she can choose what suits her body style and those around her in different stages of different colors, materials, and pieces to achieve a balance of body style. The study used the appropriate tools, methods, and approach to achieve the objectives of the research. The study made a paper booklet to illustrate the different women’s body styles with explanations during the application of the program. The study also designed (8) separate additional clothing accessories for evening wear using the remnants of the fringed fabrics in the shops, the live shaping method, high-end knitting, and computer technology (Adobe Photoshop), with a description of simple manual techniques suggested for implementation and attached to the brochure, activating the role of entrepreneurship in serving small projects and increasing production efficiencies, getting to know that the world of entrepreneurship is an important matter that helps the youth and student group to develop a culture of self-employment to enable them to succeed and continuity in the business world. The researcher prepared a questionnaire to judge the program before and after the application. The study found that there are statistically significant differences between the scores of the students before and after the application in favor of the post-application of the items of the first point (entrepreneurship), the items of the second point (the different female body styles), the items of the third point (opinions of students towards the additional clothing supplements implemented understudy). The study recommended the need to increase cultural awareness of aesthetic, functional, and healthy clothing, especially in rural and regional areas, the need to spread and inculcate entrepreneurial education and self-employment through universities, arming its graduates for the labor market and activating the role of entrepreneurship in serving small projects, especially by gaining knowledge and simple skills that are commensurate with the abilities of the non-specialist category of the people from the rural community with the aim of investing all neglected human energies in advancing production and increasing production capacity in line with the state’s trends in achieving economic growth and contributing to the transition from the stage of stagnation and dependence on the state in providing job opportunities and government jobs to a state of prosperity and recovery in independence and self-reliance.
