المستخلص: إن قضية تطوير المنشآت الصغيرة تحتل أهمية لدى الدول المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء. حيث تؤدي هذه المنشآت دور في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. وتخلق فرص عمل تقلل من البطالة. كما تعد هذه القضية أحد أبرز محاور رؤية المملكة 2030. وبناء على ذلك فإن من ضمن طرق دعم هذه المنشآت الصغيرة المساهمة العلمية في حل المشكلات التي تعيق نجاحها واستمرارها. ومن أبرز هذه المشكلات نقص خبرة بعض أصحاب هذه المشاريع في القدرة على تسعير المنتج، وضمان تسويقه بطريقه ملائمة للمنتج والمستهلك. لذا يهدف هذه البحث إلى توضيح أهمية عمل عينات للمنتج قبل البدء في إنتاج كميات كبيرة. كذلك حصر بعض البدائل التصميمية التي يمكن الاستفادة منها للتعديل على المنتج بهدف منحه قيمة أعلى أو أقل ترضي طموح المنتج واحتياج المستهلك. وذلك من خلال تطبيق البدائل التصميمية على العباءة كنموذج لقطعة ملبسيه. وحساب قيمة التكلفة لكل تصميم. واتبع في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي المتبع للدراسة التطبيقية. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الاستطلاعية عن وجود ضعف وعي لدى بعض المنتجين في المنشآت الصغيرة بأهمية تنفيذ العينة قبل البدء في التصنيع بغرض تقدير تكاليف الإنتاج، لتحديد السعر الملائم لتكلفة الإنتاج والربح المطلوب. وأثبت الجزء التطبيقي للبحث إمكانية توفر بدائل تصميمية يمكن الاستفادة منها للتعديل علي المنتج بهدف منحه قيمة أعلى أو أقل. واتضح أن الفوارق غير الملحوظة في التصميم تزيد أو تنقص من قيمة التكلفة للمنتج. ومن أبرز التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام بدراسة المشاكل التي تواجه المشاريع الصغيرة في مجال الملابس لضمان نجاحها واستمرارها. وضرورة توعية بعض أصحاب هذه المشاريع بتنفيذ عينة قبل البدء في التصنيع وذلك لإنتاج تصميم جيد، ولتقدير تكاليف المنتج، واتخاذ قرار التسعير السليم.

Developing small enterprises is important to the developed and developing countries alike, where such enterprises play a role in social and economic development and create jobs that reduce unemployment. This issue is one of the most prominent themes of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Accordingly, one of the ways to support these small enterprises is the scientific contribution to solving problems that hinder their success and continuation. One of the most prominent issues is the lack of experience of some owners of these projects in pricing the product and ensure that it is marketed in a way that is convenient for the product and the consumer. This research aims to clarify the importance of making samples for the product before starting to produce large quantities. It also aims to limit some design alternatives that can be used to modify the product in order to give it a higher or lower value that satisfies the ambition of the product and the consumer's need by applying design alternatives to the abaya as a model for a wearable piece and calculate the cost value of each design. In this research, the descriptive approach used for the applied study was followed. The results of the survey showed a weak awareness among some producers in small enterprises about the importance of sample execution prior to manufacturing in order to estimate production costs, to determine the appropriate price for the cost of production and the desired profit. The applied part of the research demonstrated the possibility of making available design alternatives that can be used to modify the product in order to give it a higher or lower value. It turned out that unnoticeable design differences increase or decrease the cost value of the product. The most prominent recommendations include the need to study the problems faced by small enterprises in the field of clothing to ensure their success and continuity and the necessity of making some project owners aware of the implementation of a sample before starting manufacturing in order to produce a good design, estimate product costs, and make a proper pricing decision.
