|a يتناول البحث إدارة مخلفات مواد البناء والهدم، والتي يتم تعريفها على أنها المخلفات الصلبة الناشئة عن قطاع البناء بما فيها أعمال الإنشاءات والتشطيبات، وأعمال التجديدات، والهدم، تمثل مخلفات البناء والهدم النسبة الأعلى من إجمالي كميات المخلفات الصلبة سنويا على المستوى المحلي حسب تقرير وزارة الدولة لشؤن البيئة 2016؛ مما يؤكد حتمية دراسة المشكلة لتقليل آثارها السلبية على البيئة والصحة العامة، وعليه تضمن البحث دراسة حالة مشروع المتحف المصري الكبير أحد أكبر مشروعات الإنشاءات في مصر بالوقت الحالي ضمن إطار عمل الإدارة المتكاملة والمستدامة لمخلفات مواد البناء والهدم؛ بهدف تقويم نظام إدارة مخلفات مواد البناء الحالي ورفع كفاءته. استند إلى أسلوب التحليل الكيفي لتحليل البيانات من خلال إجراء المقابلات الشخصية مع بعض القائمين على المشروع موضع الدراسة، وزيارة مواقعه، وأسلوب التحليل الكمي من خلال عمل استبيان لاستطلاع آراء الخبراء في إجابة بعض التساؤلات البحثية؛ وقد توصل البحث إلى تحديد أولويات عمل خطة الإدارة المتكاملة والمستدامة لمخلفات مواد البناء والهدم في مصر.

|f The research deals with the management of waste of building materials and demolition, which is defined as solid waste originating from the construction sector, including construction and finishing works, renovations, and demolition works. Construction and demolition waste represents the highest percentage of total solid waste annually at the local level, according to the report issued by the Ministry of State for Environmental Affairs 2016. This confirms the imperative of studying the problem to reduce its negative effects on the environment and public health. Accordingly, the research included a case study of the Grand Egyptian Museum project, one of the largest construction projects going on in Egypt at present within the framework of integrated and sustainable management of waste of building materials and demolition in order to evaluate the current construction waste management system and raise its efficiency. Based on the method of qualitative analysis to analyze the data by interviewing some people who are in charge of the project in question, visiting the sites, and the method of quantitative analysis through a questionnaire to survey the opinions of experts in answering some research questions. The research identified priorities for the work of an integrated and sustainable management plan for building and demolition material waste in Egypt. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
