المستخلص: استهدف البحث دراسة العلاقة بين وعي الأمهات بحقوق الطفل في ضوء اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة والأمن النفسي للطفل وتكونت عينة البحث من (300) طفل أو طفلة و(300) من أمهاتهم عاملات أو غير عاملات من فئات مهنية ومستويات اجتماعيه واقتصادية متباينة من الريف والحضر، واشترط أن تكون الأطفال في مرحلة الطفولة المتأخرة، وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة صدفية غرضية، وتكونت أداة البحث من استمارة البيانات العامة الخاصة بأسرة الأم والطفل، استبيان وعي الأمهات بحقوق الطفل في ضوء اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة بمحاوره الثلاثة: إدراك الأمهات لحقوق الطفل - اتجاه الأمهات نحو حقوق الطفل - معاملة الأمهات لأطفالهن واستبيان الأمن النفسي للطفل بأبعاده الثلاثة : الأمن الانفعالي – الأمن الاجتماعي – الأمن الاقتصادي، ثم تفريغها وتبوبيها وجدولتها وتحليلها إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) وتتبع هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. نتائج البحث: توصل البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين (اتجاه الأمهات نحو حقوق الطفل، معاملة الأمهات لأطفالهن، وإجمالي وعي الأمهات بحقوق الطفل) واستبيان الأمن النفسي للطفل بأبعاده الثلاثة، بينما لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدراك الأمهات لحقوق الطفل والأمن الانفعالي - توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين سن الأم واتجاه الأمهات نحو حقوق الطفل وكذلك إجمالي وعي الأمهات بحقوق الطفل، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأمهات العاملات وغير العاملات في وعي الأمهات بحقوق الطفل في ضوء اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة بمحاوره والأمن الاجتماعي، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأمهات الريفيات والحضريات في وعي الأمهات بحقوق الطفل في ضوء اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة بمحاوره وجميع محاور الأمن النفسي للطفل - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأطفال عينة البحث الذكور والإناث في إجمالي الأمن النفسي للطفل. وأوصى البحث بالحرص على الاتصال الفعال بين الطفل وأفراد الأسرة للتعرف باستمرار على حاجات الطفل المختلفة ومحاولة إشباعها بشكل يكفل الأمن والاستقرار النفسي للطفل، تضمين المناهج التعليمية المختلفة مبادئ أساسية عن حقوق الطفل الواردة في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة تتناسب في محتواها مع المراحل التعليمية المختلفة، الاهتمام بإقامة ندوات تثقيفية وتوعوية للمقبلين على الزواج لتنمية وعيهم بحقوق الطفل وتزويدهم بالمعلومات الكافية عن معاملة الأبناء وكيفية التعرف على حاجاتهم النفسية، تبني سياسات إعلامية تبرز أهمية الأمن النفسي للطفل وتأثيره على مستقبل الطفل والمجتمع وتؤكد في نفس الوقت على دور الأسرة في تحقيق وتوفير الأمن النفسي للطفل، تفعيل الدور الرقابي على ما يقدم من محتويات إعلامية مختلفة تتنافي مع حقوق الطفل وتسهم في تدني المستوى الثقافي والأخلاقي وأيضا على اشتراك الأطفال في هذه النوعيات من الأعمال التي تنشر وتساعد على انتهاك حقوق الطفل.

The research aimed to study the relationship between mothers' awareness of children's rights in the light of the United Nations Convention and the psychological security of the child. The research sample consisted of (300) male or female children and (300) of their mothers, working or not working from professional groups and different socio-economic levels from rural and urban, and it was stipulated that the children should be in the late childhood stage. The sample was selected in an accidental purposive way. The research tool consisted of the general data form for the family of the mother and child, a questionnaire about mothers' awareness of children's rights in light of the United Nations Convention with its three points: Mothers' awareness of children's rights - mothers' attitudes towards children's rights - mothers' treatment of their children and the psychological security questionnaire for the child in its three dimensions: emotional security - social security - economic security, then dumping, making chapters, tabulating and statistically analyzing them using the (SPSS) program. This research follows the descriptive and analytical methods. The results of the research: The research found a positive, statistically significant correlation between (mothers' attitude towards children's rights, mothers' treatment of their children, and mothers' total awareness of child rights) and the questionnaire about child's psychological security in its three dimensions, while there is no statistically significant relationship between mothers' awareness of children's rights, and emotional security - There is a positive, statistically significant correlation between mother's age and mothers' attitude towards children's rights, as well as the total awareness of mothers about children's rights. There are no statistically significant differences between working and non-working mothers in mothers' awareness of children's rights in the light of the United Nations Convention with its points and social security. There are statistically significant differences between rural and urban mothers in the awareness of mothers about the rights of the child in the light of the United Nations Convention with its points and all aspects of psychological security of the child - there are no statistically significant differences between the children of the male and female research sample in the total psychological security of the child. The research recommended ensuring effective communication between the child and family members to constantly identify the child's different needs and try to satisfy them in a way that ensures the security and psychological stability of the child. The different educational curricula should include basic principles of the child's rights contained in the United Nations Convention that are commensurate in their content with the different educational stages. Attention must be paid to holding seminars Educational and awareness-raising for those who are about to marry to develop their awareness of the rights of the child and provide them with sufficient information about the treatment of children and how to identify their psychological needs. We should adopt media policies that highlight the importance of psychological security for the child and its impact on the future of the child and society and, at the same time, emphasize the role of the family in achieving and providing psychological security for the child. It recommends activating the oversight role on the various media content presented that contradicts the child's rights and cause to the low cultural and moral level, as well as on the participation of children in these types of works that publish and help to violate the rights of the child.
