المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس أثر برنامج تدريبي لخريجي قسم الملابس والنسيج لتأهيلهم للعمل بمجمع التعليم التكنولوجي المتكامل بأبو غالب على مهارات تصنيع التي شيرت والجلباب الرجالى، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية من معارف ومهارات لتأهيل المتدربين للعمل، وبناء على ذلك تم إعداد برنامج تدريبي وتطبيقه على عينة من خريجي قسم الملابس والنسيج بلغت (6) متدربات، وبعد الانتهاء من البرنامج تم تطبيق استبيان لقياس الإفادة التي حققها البرنامج على عينة البحث، وقياس أثر البرنامج التدريبي في بيئة العمل من قبل الرؤساء بمجمع التعليم التكنولوجي المتكامل بأبو غالب وعددهم (4)، واتبع البحث المنهج شبه تجريبي وذلك لملاءمته لتحقيق أهداف البحث والتحقق من فروضه. وبمعالجة النتائج إحصائيا تم استخلاص النتائج التي أظهرت أن البرنامج التدريبي المقترح له أثر في رفع مستوى المتدربين لتصنيع التي شيرت والجلباب الرجالي في بيئة العمل، كما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيا لكل من الاختبارين التحصيلي المعرفي والأداء المهارى لصالح التطبيق البعدي، مما يؤكد فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تحقيق الأهداف، وآراء المتدربين إيجابية نحو البرنامج التدريبي. ومن توصيات البحث التوسع في برامج تحسين مهارات خريجي قسم الملابس والنسيج في مجال تصنيع الملابس التي تنطلق من رصد الاحتياجات الفعلية لهم ولمؤسسات الدولة.

The aim of the current research is to measure the impact of a training program for graduates of the Apparel and Textile Department to qualify them to work at the Integrated Technological Education Complex in Abu Ghaleb on the skills of manufacturing T-shirts and men's robes. In order to achieve this goal, the training needs of knowledge and skills were identified to qualify the trainees for work. Accordingly, a training program was prepared and applied to a sample of Apparel and Textile Department graduates, amounting to (6) female trainees. After completing the program, a questionnaire was applied to measure the benefit achieved by the program on a research sample and measure the impact of the training program on the work environment by the four heads of the Integrated Technological Education Complex in Abu Ghaleb. The research followed the quasi-experimental method for its suitability to achieve the research objectives and verify its hypotheses. By treating the results statistically, results were drawn. They showed that the proposed training program had an impact on raising the level of trainees to manufacture T-shirts and men's robes in the work environment. The results also showed a statistically significant difference for each of the two tests of cognitive achievement and skill performance in favor of the post-application, which confirms the effectiveness of the training program in achieving the goals and the trainees' positive opinions about the training program. One of the research recommendations is to expand programs to improve the skills of graduates of the Apparel and Textile Department in the field of garment manufacturing, which stems from monitoring the actual needs of them and state institutions.
