المستخلص: يعد النشر العلمي هو السبيل الوحيد لتطور ورقي الامم في جميع مناحي الحياة، ولعل الدول العظمى لم تحظى بمكانتها إلا بالتطور العلمي، ونبوغ علمائها وباحثيها في شتى العلوم، لذا استثمرت تلك الدول في البحث العلمي وقدمت له الدعم اللازم، ولإدراكها بأهميته عملت على وضع القوانين والنظم التي تعمل على حمايته وتأمينه، ولكن مع هذا التطور ظهر العديد من الاعتداءات على البحث العلمي، ويحاول البحث التصدي لهذه الاعتداءات من خلال تقديم نظام تأميني لأوعية المعلومات الورقية والإلكترونية، من خلال استخدام وسائل وعلامات التشخيص المعلوماتي وكذلك بعض العلامات التأمينية في إنتاج النشر العلمي (الورقي / الالكتروني)، حيث تم استخدام علامة QR كعلامة تشخيص (بهدف تشخيص وتأمين وتسويق البحث العلمي) والعلامة المائية التناظرية والرقمية لتأمين النشر العلمي بشقيه الورقي والإلكتروني، مع الطباعة على ورق أمني (الورق المفلور)، وقد انتهجت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي حيث استخدمت استمارة الاستبيان المعتمد على دراسة مدى فاعلية إضافة العلامات التأمينية للبحث العلمي لدى الباحثين، بغرض الحصول على نتائج محلله يمكن الاستفادة من نتائجها، وقد أثبتت الدراسة رغبة معظم أفراد العينة على ضرورة استخدام علامات التشخيص المعلوماتي وكذلك العلامات التأمينية في إنتاج أوعية المعلومات للنشر العلمي.

Academic publishing is the only way for nations to develop and advance in all aspects of life, and perhaps the great countries did not enjoy their position except through scientific development and the brilliance of their scholars and researchers in various sciences, so those countries invested in academic research and provided it with the necessary support. Realizing its importance, they set laws and regulations that protect and secure it, but with this development, many offenses on academic research appeared. The research attempts to address these offenses by providing an insurance system for paper and electronic information containers, through the use of informational identity methods and signs, as well as some security signs in the production of scientific publication (paper/electronic), where the QR sign has been used as an identity sign (with the aim of identifying, securing and marketing academic research) and the analog and digital watermark to secure scientific publication in both paper and electronic formats, with printing on security paper (fluorinated paper). The study adopted the descriptive survey approach. The questionnaire was used based on the study of the effectiveness of adding security marks to academic research among researchers to obtain analyzed results whose results can be benefited from. The study demonstrated the desire of most of the sample members on the necessity of using informative identifying signs as well as security signs in the production of information containers for academic publication.
