المستخلص: الاهتمام بحقوق الملكية الفكرية أمرا ليس بالحديث، فالحاجة إلى تأكيد حقوق الإبداع الفكري موجودة منذ اكتشاف الإنسان للكتابة، وعظمت اهميتها باكتشاف الطباعة وظهور الابتكارات والاختراعات التكنولوجية الحديثة، وللملكية الفكرية أهمية كبيرة في مجال الاستثمار؛ مما جعل الدول تهتم بسن القوانين وإيجاد الآليات التي تضمن حمايتها. ففي حالة ضعف النظام التأميني تزداد احتمالية التلاعب والتقليد وانتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية مما يضعف من مركز تلك الدول اقتصاديا والذي بدوره يؤثر على الاقتصاد القومي والعالمي. لقد شهد العالم خلال العقود القليلة الماضية ثورة معلوماتية كبيرة غيرت الكثير من القواعد القانونية المتعارف عليها في قطاع الملكية الفكرية، خصوصا أن الثورة المعلوماتية سهلت على الجميع طرق النشر الإلكتروني، فأصبح من الصعب ضبط هذا الفضاء الإلكتروني بالطريقة نفسها التي يضبط فيها النشر الورقي. ولقد تطورت القوانين التي تحمي هذه الحقوق بالتوازي مع تطور آليات النشر الحديثة كاستخدام تكنولوجيا الواقع المعزز، الأمر الذي أوجد الحاجة لتوفير وسائل تأمين جديدة ومبتكرة لكي تحد من تلك الممارسات التي تهدد الأمن والاقتصاد القومي والعالمي. ويهدف البحث الى تحقيق حماية للملكية الفكرية باستخدام تكنولوجيا الواقع المعزز كعنصر تأميني مرئي overt، كونه أحد الوسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة التي تعتمد على التعقب البصري، عن طريق التعرف على العلامة المخزنة مسبقا في قاعدة البيانات. والتي تتميز أيضا بالعديد من المميزات الأخرى مثل سهولة الاستخدام، حيث لا يحتاج إلى أجهزة معقدة أو قارئ خاص، إلى جانب انخفاض تكلفة الانتاج، مما يجعلها أحد الوسائل المتوقع تواجدها في هذا المجال بقوة. ويعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التجريبي المعتمد على تحليل النتائج الناتجة من التجارب التصميمية، الذي قامت بها الباحثة بهدف التوصل الى امكانية استخدام تكنولوجيا الواقع المعزز كوسيلة تأمينية.
وقد أفضت نتائج البحث إلى التأكيد على امكانية استخدام تكنولوجيا الواقع المعزز كعنصر تأميني نظرا لقدرتها العالية على تأمين المنتجات والمطبوعات باختلاف انواعها إلى جانب أهميتها القصوى في الحفاظ على الأمن القومي والعالمي إلى جانب قدرتها على تأمين الحماية الفكرية والأدبية بالإضافة إلى حماية المستهلك من الغش والخداع.


Attention to intellectual property rights is not a new issue. The need to assure intellectual creativity rights has existed since the discovery of writing. Its importance has been magnified by the discovery of printing and the emergence of modern technological innovations and inventions. Intellectual property is of great importance in the field of investment. This made countries interested in enacting laws and finding mechanisms to ensure their protection. In the case of a weak security system, the possibility of manipulation, imitation, and violation of intellectual property rights increases, weakening the economic status of those countries, which in turn affects the national and global economy. During the past few decades, the world has witnessed a great information revolution that has changed many of the recognized legal rules in the intellectual property sector. Mainly because the information revolution has made it easier for everyone to use electronic publishing methods, it has become difficult to control this electronic space like it controls paper publishing. Laws protecting these rights have evolved in parallel with the development of modern publishing mechanisms such as the use of augmented reality technology, which has created the need to provide new and innovative security methods to limit those practices that threaten national and global security and the economy. The research aims to achieve intellectual property protection using augmented reality technology as a visual security element (overt) because it is one of the modern technologies means that relies on visual tracking by recognizing the mark previously stored in the database. This is also characterized by many other advantages such as ease of use, as it does not require complex devices or a special reader, in addition to the low cost of production, which makes it one of the means expected to be present in this field strongly. The research relies on the experimental, descriptive approach based on the analysis of the results resulting from the design experiments, which the researcher carried out intending to reach the possibility of using augmented reality technology as a security method.
The research results confirmed the possibility of using augmented reality technology as an insurance element due to its high ability to secure products and publications of all kinds, along with its paramount importance in maintaining national and global security, in addition to its ability to secure intellectual and literary protection in addition to protecting consumers from fraud and deception.
