المستخلص: إن لوسائل الإعلام الحديثة أهمية كبيرة فقد أصبحت شهرتها واسعة النطاق، وكثر التعامل معها بين جميع فئات المجتمعات، ومما لا شك فيه أن لها تأثير كبير على الفتيات خاصة في سن المراهقة، حيث أن الانفتاح الثقافي بين الدول المختلفة أدى إلى دخول ثقافات مختلفة سواء تتناسب مع المجتمع السعودي أو لا تتناسب معه، وان هذه الوسائل الإعلامية الحديثة والتي تنوعت حديثا لا توجد لها ضوابط محدده لما تبثه، ولا توجد وسائل أو طرق محددة يتقي منها المستخدم الشرور التي قد تصل إليه عنوة، حيث تبث جميعها كل ما يرتبط بالفتيات من خلال عرض الموديلات المختلفة التي تأتي من جميع دول العالم دون مراعاة ما اذا كانت تتفق أو لا تتفق مع العادات والتقاليد الخاصة بالمملكة العربية السعودية بما يأثر سلبيا على الفتيات وخاصة في سن المراهقة، من هنا كانت أهمية دعم المجتمع السعودي وخاصة منطقة حائل بتلبية احتياجاته من خلال دراسات البحث العلمي المتخصصة، وذلك بدراسة كيفية تطويع وسائل الإعلام في ابتكار ملابس للفتيات في سن المراهقة تتناسب مع ثقافة وعادات وتقاليد المجتمع السعودي. ومن هنا جاءت اهمية البحث بابتكار تصميمات مستحدثة لملابس تناسب الفتيات المراهقات في المملكة العربية السعودية بتأثير وسائل الاعلام الحديثة، بما يدعم السوق المحلي السعودي بمنتجات ملابس ذات تصميمات مبتكرة تتميز بروح الخصوصية والابداع، وبما يدعم تنمية الذوق لدي الفتيات المراهقات في اختيار ملابسهن. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى الاستفادة من وسائل الإعلام ايجابيا بتطويعها في ابتكار تصميمات موديلات ملابس صباحية تناسب الفتيات في سن المراهقة وتتناسب مع ثقافة وعادات وتقاليد المجتمع السعودي، مع التركيز على تحقيق قيم جمالية ووظيفية في تصميمات موديلات الملابس المبتكرة بما يدعم المجتمع السعودي وخاصة منطقة حائل من خلال تلبية احتياجاته من خلال دراسات البحث العلمي المتخصصة. وتعتمد منهجية البحث على المنهج التجريبي بأجراء التجارب الفنية والتطبيقية وتوظيفها في انتاج عدد خمسة عشر أفكار تصميمية مستحدثة تصلح كملابس صباحية تناسب الفتيات في سن المراهقة، والمنهج الوصفي باستخدام الدراسة التحليلية وذلك لتحقيق اهداف البحث والتحقق من فروضه. وقد اسفرت الدراسة عن بعض النتائج أهمها إمكانية الاستفادة من وسائل الاعلام في ابتكار تصميمات معاصرة مستحدثة لملابس الفتيات المراهقات تصلح للارتداء في الفترة الصباحية تتوافق مع عادات وتقاليد المجتمع السعودي ومع خطوط الموضة الحديثة لملابس الفتيات المراهقات، وقد حققت هذه التصميمات بنائيات التصميم، مع تحقيق الجوانب الجمالية للتصميم بما تحويه من جوانب التميز والحداثة، أيضا حققت متطلبات الاداء الوظيفي للغرض المستحدثة له من حيث الملائمة للفتيات في فترة المراهقة، وللارتداء في الفترة الصباحية، كما أن التصميمات المبتكرة تتوافق مع احتياجات الفتيات في مرحلة المراهقة وهي ابعاد النمو الجسمي والعقلي والبعد الانفعالي.

The modern media is of great importance. Its fame has become widespread, and it has been dealt with by all groups of societies. There is no doubt that it has a great impact on girls, especially in their teenage years, as the cultural openness between different countries has led to the entry of different cultures, whether they are compatible with Saudi society or not. These modern media, which have recently diversified, do not have specific controls over what they broadcast. There are no specific means or ways to prevent the user from the evils that may reach him by force, which comes from all countries of the world without taking into account whether or not they agree with the customs and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which negatively affects girls, especially in adolescence and hence, the importance of supporting Saudi society, especially Hail region, to meet its needs through specialized scientific research studies by examining how to adapt the media to create clothes for teenage girls that fit the culture, customs and traditions of Saudi society. This is where the importance of research arises by creating new designs for clothes that are suitable for teenage girls in Saudi Arabia with the influence of modern media in order to support the Saudi local market with clothing products with innovative designs characterized by the spirit of exclusiveness and creativity as well as to support the development of taste among teenage girls in choosing their clothes.
This research aims to take advantage of the media positively by adapting them in creating designs for morning wear models that suit teenage girls and that fit with the culture, customs and traditions of Saudi society with a focus on achieving aesthetic and functional values in the designs of innovative clothing models in a way that supports the Saudi society, especially the Hail region, by meeting its needs through specialized scientific research studies. The research methodology is based on the experimental approach by conducting technical and applied experiments and using them to produce fifteen innovative design ideas that are suitable as morning clothes for teenage girls, and the descriptive approach using the analytical study in order to achieve the objectives of the research and verify its hypotheses. The study has shown some results, the most important of which is the possibility of using the media to create contemporary designs for teenage girls that are suitable for morning wear in accordance with the customs and traditions of Saudi society and with modern fashion lines for teenage girls. These designs have achieved the architectures of design, while achieving the aesthetic aspects of the design, including the aspects of excellence and modernity it contains. It also achieved the functional performance requirements for the purpose created for it in terms of suitability for girls in adolescence, and for wearing in the morning. The innovative designs also match the needs of girls in adolescence which are physical and mental development and emotional dimensions.
