المستخلص: تعد أقمشة المفروشات أحدى أهم النوعيات الهامة من الأقمشة التي تقوم صناعة النسيج بإنتاجها وتقديمها لجمهور المستهلكين وهي تحظى في مجال إنتاجها بجانب كبير من الدقة والعناية لما يجب أن تتمتع به من جودة في الأداء والمظهر بما يتناسب مع استخداماتها وأقمشة المفروشات تختلف في طبيعتها سواء بالنسبة للتصميم أو الإنتاج عن باقي نوعيات الأقمشة ويرجع هذا الاختلاف إلى عوامل تختص بطبيعة تلك النوعيات من الأقمشة. ومن هذه العوامل طبيعة الخامات ومؤثراتها المختلفة بالنسبة لأساليب توظيف واستخدام أقمشة المفروشات كعنصر للتصميم والإنتاج، كما تعتبر أقمشة الستائر أحد المنتجات الهامة المرتبطة باحتياجات المجتمع لما لها من دور أساسي في خلق التناغم والانسجام اللوني والشكلي في تأثيث أي مكان مع المفروشات بالإضافة إلى الأهمية الوظيفية .لذا كان من الضروري الاهتمام بهذه النوعية من المنسوجات لما تتمتع به من جودة في الأداء والمظهر لتكون قادرة على المنافسة، وأصبحت المنسوجات الوبرية من أهم المنتجات النسجية التي تتمتع بأهمية خاصة إذ تجاوزت قيمتها الوظيفية التي صممت وأنتجت من أجلها، فهي تؤدي دوراً مظهرياً يتكامل مع الهيئة الجمالية واللونية العامة وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث في إضفاء تأثيرات جمالية مبتكرة باستخدام جماليات المنسوجات الوبرية على أقمشه المفروشات والستائر وتحسين الخواص الوظيفية والجمالية باستخدام تركيب نسجي وبري بمواصفات عدد اللحمات ٢١ لحمة / سم من خيط قطن نمرة 16/1 ، بمواصفات سداء بكثافة ٢٤ فتلة /سم من خيط، قطن نمرة 24/2، وتم عمل تطريز العينات بأسلوب النقش من اللحمة (لون واحد من اللحمة - لونين من اللحمة ) بكثافة ٣٨ لحمة/سم ، وتم اختيار عدد من التصميمات المقتبسة من الطبيعة ورسمها باستخدام برنامج Ned Graphic، وتجهيزها على المنتج الوبري مع أعداد التراكيب النسجية علي التصميم باستخدام برنامج Penelope textile ثم إعداد محاكاة للتصميمات المجهزة قبل التنفيذ باستخدام برنامج 3Dattrezo، وقد تم التحقق من صحة الفروض عن طريق تنفيذ العينات وإعداد استمارة استطلاع رأي للتحقق من نجاح وقبول العينات بعد عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين في سوق العمل ومن ذوي الخبرة في مجال النسيج وتكنولوجيا المنسوجات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن جميع العينات المنتجة من مفروشات وستائر باستخدام المنسوجات الوبرية ذات التصميمات المستوحاة من الطبيعة والمطرزة بتطريز من نفس اللحمات الخاصة بالمنسوج الوبري قد حققت درجة قبول ونجاح في ضوء متوسطات تقييم المحكمين لمحاور الاستمارة من الناحية الوظيفية ومن الناحية الجمالية.

Upholstery fabrics are among the most important fabrics that the textile industry produces and presents to the consumer audience. In its production field, it enjoys a great deal of accuracy and care due to the quality it should have in performance and appearance in proportion to its uses. The upholstery fabrics differ in their nature, whether in terms of design or production, from the rest of the types of fabrics. This difference is due to factors related to the nature of those types of fabrics. Among these factors are the nature of raw materials and their different effects on the methods of employing and using upholstery fabrics as an element for design and production. Curtains fabrics are also one of the important products related to the needs of society because of their essential role in creating color and formal harmony in furnishing any place with upholsteries, in addition to the functional importance. Therefore, it was necessary to pay attention to this type of textiles because of its quality in performance and appearance to be able to compete. Pile fabrics have become one of the most important textile products that enjoy special importance, as their functional value exceeds the functional value they were designed and produced for. It plays an outward role that integrates with the general aesthetic and color. The importance of this research lies in imparting innovative aesthetic effects by using the aesthetics of the pile fabric on the upholstery and curtain fabrics and improving the functional and aesthetic properties by using a pile weaving structure with specifications of the number of wefts 21 wefts/cm of cotton thread number 1 / 16, with specifications of warp with a density of 24 wick/cm of thread, Cotton number 24/2. The samples were embroidered in the engraving style from the weft (one color of weft - two colors of weft) with a 38 weft/cm density. Several designs borrowed from nature were selected and drawn using the Ned Graphic program, and processed on the pile product with the numbers of textile structures on the design using the Penelope textile program, then a simulation of the prepared designs was prepared before execution using the 3Dattrezo program. The validity of the hypotheses was verified by implementing the samples and preparing an opinion poll form to verify the success and acceptance of the samples after presenting them to a group of arbitrators in the labor market and with experience in the field of textile and textile technology. The study concluded that all samples produced from upholstery and curtains using pile fabric with designs inspired by nature and embroidered with the same wefts as the pile fabric has achieved a degree of acceptance and success in light of the averages of the arbitrators' evaluation of the form's points in terms of functionality and aesthetics.
