|a تتحدد جودة المنتج بمدى ملائمة وتناسب الخواص الفعلية للقماش مع متطلبات الاستخدام وملائمة الوظيفة التي أنتج من أجلها، وتتحدد الملائمة الوظيفية طبقا لدراسة دقيقة لطبيعة وظروف الاستخدام، ويجب أن يكون للمنتجات النسيجية الطبية معايير للجودة توفر الأمان للمرضى والعاملين في المجال الطبي وتقييم المنتجات النسيجية الطبية وأدائها الوظيفي وفق مواصفات وشروط محددة.\nومن خلال ما سبق ترى الباحثة أن هناك العديد من المعوقات التي تعوق العاملين بالمجال الطبي من هيئة تمريض وأطباء وذلك عند استخدام الملابس الطبية مثل إنخفاض الجودة في بعض الخامات المستخدمة وعدم ملائمة الألوان والتصميم لطبيعة العمل لذلك هدفت الدراسة إلى: التعرف على المعوقات التي تعوق العاملين بالمجال الطبي عند إستخدام الملابس الطبية وكذلك التعرف على المعايير الخاصة بالملابس الطبية والأساليب المتبعة عند اختيار الملابس الخاصة بالفئة المستهدفة نظرا لأن هناك تأثير للملابس في رفع الحالة النفسية للأطباء وهيئة التمريض مما يؤثر بشكل إيجابي على تأدية المهام الوظيفية بشكل جيد وكذلك رفع الكفاءة الوظيفية حيث أن العاملين في المجال الطبي يمكثون عدد ساعات طويلة مرتدين هذا النوع من الملابس. ومن أهم أهداف البحث تقديم حلول تصميمية ملبسية مقترحة تفي باحتياجات فئة البحث من الناحية الوظيفية والجمالي. واتبع البحث المنهج التجريبي لقياس تأثير الحلول التصميمية المقترحة على احتياجات الفئة (عينة البحث) وظيفيا وجماليا عن غيرها من الملابس التقليدية، وتم تصميم استمارة لتقييم الحلول التصميمية المقترحة من قبل الفئة المستهدفة والتي تكونت من (13 طبيبة، 15 طبيب، 15 مسعف، 39 من هيئة التمريض) ويعملون داخل مستشفى جامعة أسيوط. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحلول التصميمية المقترحة والتصميمات الحالية من حيث تحقيق الجانب الوظيفي والجمالي لصالح الحلول التصميمية المقترحة لتناسب الفئة المستهدفة (الأطباء وهيئة التمريض).

|f The quality of the product is determined by the extent to which the actual properties of the fabric are appropriate to the requirements of use and the suitability of the function for which it was produced. Functional suitability is determined according to a careful study of the nature and conditions of use. Medical textile products must have quality standards that provide safety for patients and medical personnel and evaluate medical textile products and their functional performance according to specific specifications and conditions.\nTherefore, the researcher finds that there are many obstacles that hinder medical personnel like nurses and doctors when using medical dresses, such as the lack of quality in some materials used and the inappropriateness of colors and design for the nature of the work. Therefore, the study aims to identify the obstacles that hinder medical personnel when using medical clothes as well as identify the criteria for medical clothing and the methods used when choosing clothes for the target group as the clothes effect in raising the mental state of doctors and the nursing staff, which positively affects the performance of functional tasks well as well as raises the functional competence, as medical workers stay long hours wearing this type of clothing. The important objective of the research is to provide proposed wearable design solutions that meet the needs of the research category both functionally and aesthetically. The research followed the empirical approach to measure the impact of the proposed design solutions on the needs of the category (research sample) functionally and aesthetically compared to other traditional garments. A questionnaire was designed to evaluate the design solutions proposed by the target group, which consisted of (13 female doctors, 15 male doctors, 15 paramedics, 39 nurses) working in Assiut University Hospital. The most important findings of the research are the existence of statistically significant differences between the proposed design solutions and the current designs in terms of achieving the functional and aesthetic aspects in favor of the proposed design solutions to suit the target group (doctors and nursing staff).\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
