المستخلص: مع زيادة الاهتمام العالمي بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة رأت الباحثتان ضرورة تسليط الضوء على فئة الإعاقة السمعية وما يملكون من إمكانيات ومهارات كامنة لابد من استغلالها بتوفير ظروف تعليمية مناسبة، وبرامج تدريبية لفتح المجال أمامهم للاعتماد على أنفسهم وسد متطلباتهم المعيشية، بإقامة المشروعات متناهية الصغر والتي لا تحتاج إلى راس مال كبير واختارت الباحثتان استغلال بقايا الأقمشة المخملية (القطيفة) وتوظيفها في إنتاج نماذج من المفروشات ومكملات الديكور المنزلي كنواة لمشروع متناهي الصغر. اشتملت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبه التجريبي التطبيقي حيث دمجت الباحثتين بين كلا من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض الإطار النظري وأسس بناء البرنامج والمنهج شبه التجريبي في تطبيق تجربة البحث. ونتج عن البرنامج التدريبي تنفيذ 10 قطع مختلفة (مفارش — وسائد — معلقات — اباجورة -حامل نتيجة). ولقد تم تنفيذ استمارة (مقياس تقدير) لقياس درجة قبول ونجاح الأعمال المنفذة في ضوء متوسطات تقييم المستهلكين. نتائج البحث: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المتدربين من ذوي الإعاقة السمعية في المعارف المكتسبة في تنفيذ بعض المفروشات ومكملات الديكور المنزلي قبل وبعد التدريب لصالح التدريب البعدي. حيث بلغ متوسط درجات التطبيق القبلي (6.7) والانحراف المعياري (2.09) وبلغ متوسط درجات التطبيق البعدي (19.5) والانحراف المعياري (2.99)، وبلغت قيمة "ت" (30.58) ومستوى الدلالة (0.001)، مما يدل على وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين التطبيقين في الاختبار المعرفي لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المتدربين من ذوي الإعاقة السمعية في المهارات المكتسبة في تنفيذ بعض المفروشات ومكملات الديكور المنزلي قبل وبعد التدريب لصالح التدريب البعدي. حيث بلغ متوسط درجات التطبيق القبلي (صفر) والانحراف المعياري (صفر) وبلغ متوسط درجات التطبيق البعدي (38.20) والانحراف المعياري (3.76)، وبلغت قيمة "ت" (45.39) ومستوى الدلالة (0.001) لصالح البعدي، مما يدل على وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين التطبيقين في الاختبار المهارى لصالح التطبيق البعدي. تحقق المفروشات ومكملات الديكور المنزلي المنفذة باستخدام بقايا الأقمشة المخملية (العطيفة) قبول ونجاح في ضوء متوسطات تقييم المستهلكين لمحاور التقييم. حيث جاءت تقييمات معاملات الجودة للمنتجات البحثية مرتفعة ووقعت استجابات المستهلكين اغلبها في مستوى (موافق) بناءً على التدرج الثلاثي للوزن المرجح، وتراوحت معاملات الجودة ما بين نسبة (92.08% - 98.47%) وتراوح المتوسط المرجح للمنتجات ما بين (2.76-2.95)، كما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المنتجات البحثية حيث بلغت قيمة كا2 "563.22" ومستوى الدلالة (0.001)، جاء المنتج رقم (8) في المرتبة الأولى بمعامل جودة (98.47%)، يليه المنتج رقم (2) في المرتبة الثانية بمعامل جودة (98.19%) ، ثم المنتج رقم (6،9) في المرتبة الثالثة بمعامل جودة (95.69%)، ثم المنتج رقم (7) في المرتبة الرابعة بمعامل جودة (95.13%)، ثم المنتج رقم (4) في المرتبة الخامسة بمعامل جودة (93.61%)، ثم المنتج رقم (5) في المرتبة السادسة بمعامل جودة (93.47%)، ثم المنتج رقم (10) في المرتبة السابعة بمعامل جودة (93.19%)، ثم المنتج رقم (1) في المرتبة الثامنة بمعامل جودة (92.5%) وأخيرا المنتج رقم (3) في المرتبة التاسعة بمعامل جودة (92.08%).


With the increasing global interest in people with special needs, the researchers considered the need to highlight the category with hearing disability and their potential and inherent skills that must be exploited by providing appropriate educational conditions and training programs to allow them to rely on themselves and meet their living requirements by setting up microprojects that do not require huge amount of capital. The researchers exploited the remnants of velvet fabrics and employed them to produce models of furnishings and home decoration accessories as a core for a micro project. This study included the descriptive-analytical approach and the applied quasi-experimental approach, where the two researchers combined both the descriptive-analytical approach in the presentation of the theoretical framework, the foundations of program building, and the quasi-experimental approach in the application of the research experiment. The training program resulted in the implementation of 10 different pieces (bed sheets, pillows, curtains, lampshades - result holder). A questionnaire (estimation scale) has been implemented to measure the degree of acceptance and success of the executed works in light of consumer assessment averages. Search Results: There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of trainees with hearing disabilities in the knowledge gained in the implementation of some furnishings and home decoration accessories before and after training in favor of post-training. The average scores of pre application were (6.7), standard deviation at (2.09), while the average post application scores reached (19.5) with a standard deviation of (2.99), and the "T" value reached (30.58), and the significance level was (0.001), indicating that there are statistically significant differences between the two applications in the knowledge test in favor of the post-application. There are significant differences between the average scores of trainees with hearing disabilities in the skills acquired in the implementation of some furnishings and home decoration accessories before and after training and in favor of post-training. The average scores of pre-application reached (0), standard deviation (0), while the average post-application scores reached (38.20) with a standard deviation of (3.76), the value of "T" (45.39), and the level of significance (0.001) in favor of the post-application. This indicates that there are statistically significant differences between the two applications in the skill test in favor of the post-application. Furnishings and home decoration accessories implemented using the remnants of velvet fabrics achieve acceptance and success in light of the consumer assessment averages for the evaluation axes. The ratings of quality coefficients for research products were high. Consumer responses occurred mostly at the (agreed) level based on the triple weighted gradient, and quality coefficients ranged from (92.08% - 98.47%). The weighted average of products ranged from (2.76-2.95). The study also showed statistically significant differences between research products, where the value of Chi2 reached 563.22 "and the level of significance (0.001). Product number (8) ranked first with a quality coefficient of (98.47%), followed by product number (2) that ranked second with a quality coefficient of (98.19%), then product no. (6,9) in third place with a quality coefficient of (95.69%), while product No. (7) ranked fourth with a quality coefficient of (95.13%), the product number (4) ranked fifth with a quality coefficient of (93.61%), then came the product number (5) in the sixth place with a quality coefficient of (93.47%), followed by product number (10) in the seventh place with a quality coefficient of (93.19%), then came the product number (1) that ranked eighth with a quality coefficient of (92.5%), and finally comes the product number (3) in the ninth place with a quality coefficient (92.08%).
