المستخلص: يهدف البحث التعرف على انسب تقنيات الحياكة التي تؤثر على الأداء الوظيفي لملابس السباحة (مايوه بناتي) من حيث (نمرة الإبرة وكثافة الغرزة في السنتميتر نوع الغرزة) من خلال استخدام مجموعة من الأدوات والتي تحددت في استمارة تحديد عيوب ملابس السباحة (مايوه النباتي)، استمارة تقييم المنتج، ماكينات الحياكة، أجهزة القياس المعملية واستبيان تحليل المنتج (مايوه) والذي تم إنتاجه في ضوء نتائج معايير الجودة التي تم تحديدها بعد إجراء الاختبارات المعملية لقياس (متانة الحياكة - تجعد الحياكة - قوة تغريز الإبرة)، التي تمت في المركز القومي للبحوث باستخدام أجهزة القياس (ميزان حساس - جهاز هيل - جهاز تنسل - جهاز اختراق الإبرة - جهاز سيرفو هيدروليك)، بعد تجهيز العينات المستخدمة من خامة التريكو بتركيب نسجي (1/1) بنسبة خلط (95% بوليستر – 5% ليكرا) .. تم تقييم المنتج النهائي بعرضة على مجموعة من الخبراء في مجال التخصص والعاملين بمصانع الملابس الجاهزة وتم استخراج نتائج البحث بعد إجراء المعاملات الإحصائية تحليل التباين في اتجاه واحد، تحديد اتجاه الفروق (LSD)، معادلة الانحدار لتحديد العلاقة التي تربط بين كل متغيرات الحياكة والاختبارات المعملية وللتحقق من الصدق والثبات تم استخدام معدلة كوبر، اختبار (ت)، ألفا كرونباخ وتم التوصل إلى أهم النتائج. أهم نتائج البحث: وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين كثافة الغرزة ونوع الغرزة على متانة الوصلة، حيث كانت أعلى كفاءة لصالح غرزة (301) وكثافة غرزة (6 غرزة في السنتميتر). وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين نوع الغرزة على تجعد الحياكة حيث كانت أعلى كفاءة لصالح غرزة (301) ج- وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين نمرة الإبرة على قوة تغريز الإبرة حيث كانت أعلى كفاءة لصالح نمرة إبرة لصالح (65).

The research aims to identify the most appropriate knitting techniques that affect the functionality of swimwear (girl's swimsuit) in terms of (needle number, stitch density per centimeter, stitch type) through the use of a set of tools that were identified in the form of identifying defects in swimwear (girl's swimsuit), a product evaluation form, knitting machines, laboratory measuring devices and product analysis questionnaire (swimsuits) which was produced in light of the results of quality standards that were determined after conducting laboratory tests to measure (knitting durability - knitting wrinkle - needle stitch strength), which was carried out at the National Research Center using Measuring devices (sensitive balance - Hill device - Tencel device - needle penetration device, servo-hydraulic device), after preparing the used samples of knitted material with a textile composition (1/1) with a mixing ratio of (95% polyester - 5% Lycra). The final product was evaluated by presentation to a group of experts in the field of specialization and workers in ready-made garment factories. The results of the research were extracted after conducting statistical transactions, one-way analysis of variance, determining the direction of differences (LSD), regression equation to determine the relationship between all knitting variables and laboratory tests, and to verify the validity and reliability, Cooper's equation, t-test, and Cronbach's alpha, were used, and the most important results were obtained. The most important results of the research: There are statistically significant differences between stitch density and stitch type on the durability of the joint, where the highest efficiency was in favor of stitch (301) and stitch density (6 stitches per centimeter). There are statistically significant differences between the type of stitch on the wrinkle of knitting, where the highest efficiency was in favor of stitch (301) c- There were statistically significant differences between needle number on the strength of needle stitch, where the highest efficiency was in favor of needle number in favor of (65).
