المستخلص: بعد ظهور وباء كورونا أو كوفيد ٩ ١ في مدينة ووهان الصينية ثم انتشاره، ظهر تأثير ذلك على حياة الناس كافة على مستوى العالم، في مجالات العمل والأسواق والسياحة والصحة والتعليم والثقافة والترفيه والسفر والمشروعات الاقتصادية والعبادة وغير ذلك من المجالات، وهي تأثيرات سوف تستمر وتنعكس في حياة البشر الاقتصادية والسياسية والتعليمية والاجتماعية والثقافية والفنية والدينية والصحية على أنحاء شتى لا نعرف الكثير منها الآن. ويتعلق مصطلح "ما بعد الكورونالية" بتلك التأثيرات التي أحدثها ظهور هذا الفيروس، وما أعقب ظهوره، بداية من شهر يناير ٢٠٢٠ على جوانب الحياة الإنسانية كافة، وهي التأثيرات التي لم تزل تحدث وسوف تظل تحدث ربما على نحو غير مسبوق في تاريخ البشرية في ظل الانتشار السريع والمباغت لفيروس كوفيد-19 المستجد، حيث أصبح تجنب التجمعات والاتصال الوثيق بالآخرين، وبقاء مليارات من البشر حول العالم في منازلهم ضرورة حتمية للحد من الانتشار السريع لهذا الفيروس المتحور. ومع استمرار تلك الحالة دون القدرة على تحديد الفترة الزمنية المتوقعة لعودة الحياة إلى ما كانت عليها ما قبل "كوفيد ١٩"، تزداد الضغوط النفسية على البشر ويعاني الكثير منهم من عدم القدرة على التكيف مع الظروف الراهنة؛ إذ يتنافى التباعد الاجتماعي مع الطبيعة البشرية للإنسان ككائن اجتماعي بطبعه. وفى ظل هذه الفترة التي يعيشها العالم من تفشى فيروس الكورونا والدعوة إلى التباعد الاجتماعي ومزاولة العمل والتعلم من المنزل، أصبح دور البيئة السكنية أكثر أهمية من أي وقت مضى. مشكلة البحث: لم يعد المسكن مأوى فحسب، بل يجب أن يكون أيضا بيئة تعليمية ومكتبية ومكانا للترفيه ومكانا للراحة والاسترخاء. لذا فتعدد الوظائف والأدوار داخل المسكن الواحد هدف البحث: العمل على أن يكون على مصممي العمارة الداخلية، حيث ينبغي على مصممي العمارة الداخلية تحرى أثر تلك المتغيرات على سلوك الإنسان واحتياجاته الفراغية والتصميمية ومعدلاته الإنتاجية ومكاسبه الاقتصادية والبيئية والإنسانية، إضافة إلى إعادة تقييم دور المسكن وكيفية الاستعداد للمستقبل على أفضل تقدير. ومن هنا يحاول البحث تقديم بعض اعتبارات التصميم الداخلي للحيزات السكنية ما بعد الكورونا لخلق أفضل بيئة للمعيشة داخل الحيز السكني.

After the emergence of the Corona epidemic or Covid-19 in the Chinese city of Wuhan and then its spread, the impact of this appeared on the lives of all people worldwide, in the areas of work, markets, tourism, health, education, culture, entertainment, travel, economic projects, worship and other fields, and these effects will continue and be reflected in the economic, political, educational, social, cultural, artistic, religious and health life of human beings in various parts of which we do not know much now. The term “post-Coronavirus” relates to those effects caused by the emergence of this virus and what followed its emergence, beginning in January 2020 on all aspects of human life. These effects are still happening and will continue to happen, perhaps in an unprecedented manner in human history in light of the rapid and sudden spread of the Covid-19, as avoiding gatherings and close contact with others, and the stay of billions of people around the world in their homes has become imperative to limit the rapid spread of this mutated virus. As this situation continues without the ability to determine the expected time for life to return to what it was before “Covid 19”, the psychological pressures on people increase, and many of them suffer from the inability to adapt to the current conditions; Social distancing is incompatible with the human nature of man as a social being by nature. In light of this period in which the world is experiencing the outbreak of the Coronavirus and the request for social distancing, work, and learning from home, the role of the residential environment has become more important than ever. Research problem: Home is no longer only a shelter but also a learning and office environment, a place of recreation, and a place of rest and relaxation. Now, a home has multiple functions and roles. The research objective: It aimed to work on interior architecture designers, whereby interior architecture designers should investigate the impact of these variables on human behavior, his spatial and design needs, production rates, economic, environmental, and human gains, in addition to re-evaluating the role of housing and how to prepare for the future at best. Hence, the research attempts to present some interior design considerations for post-Corona housing spaces to create the best living environment within the residential space.
