المستخلص: في الآونة الأخيرة انتشرت مجموعة من التقنيات الحديثة لقطع المعادن مثل القطع بالبلازما، القطع بالليزر، القطع بالماء النفاث والتي أثرت بشكل ملحوظ في تصميم وإنتاج المنتجات المعدنية بشكل عام وفي تصميم وإنتاج المنتجات الحديدية بشكل خاص، كما في تصميم البوابات والأسوار والتي أصبحت لها جماليات تصميمية مختلفة عن سابقتها التي كان يستخدم في تصميمها وإنتاجها أساليب التشكيل لأعواد الحديد، وذلك لاختلاف نوعيه الزخرفة المستخدمة، قد يري البعض أن لتك الزخارف الجديدة أثار جمالية إيجابيه والبعض الأخر يرى لها بعض السلبيات، ومن هنا تنبع مشكله البحث في الحاجه إلى رصد إيجابيات وسلبيات الجماليات التصميمية لزخارف المنتجات الحديدية التي يتم إنتاجها باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة لقطع المعادن مقارنه بالمنتجات الحديدية التي يتم إنتاجها بتشكيل أعواد الحديد، حيث يهدف البحث إلى دراسة أثر استخدام التقنيات الحديثة لقطع المعادن على جماليات تصميم زخارف المنتجات الحديدية، ولتحقيق هدف البحث اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وفي البحث تم دراسة محورين أساسين: أولهما يتعلق بالتقنيات الحديثة لقطع المعادن، وثانيها يتعلق بجماليات التصميم، مع التركيز على الجماليات التصميمية للمنتجات الحديدية المشكلة من الأعواد والأخرى المشكلة باستخدام تقنيات قطع المعادن بالليزر أو البلازما،
وقد أختتم البحث باستخلاص للنتائج ذات الصلة من أهمها: إن لزخارف المنتجات الحديدية المشكلة من أعواد الحديد جماليات تصميميه متفردة وذلك يرجع إلى: - طبيعة أشكال الزخارف الحديدية والتي تعتمد على العناصر الخطية في بنائها الشكلي وكذلك إلى استخدام بعض المكملات الزخرفية مثل الأوراق النباتية، حليات الرباط. وبعض عمليات التشكيل لأعواد الحديد مثل الجدل، عمل الخرشوفة أو الوحدة الصنابورية، تسطيح وتمشيط النهايات. وتستخدم تقنيات قطع المعادن بالليزر أو البلازما في عمل زخارف للمنتجات الحديدية بأشكال يصعب وأحيانا يستحيل إنتاجها بالطرق التقليدية لتشكيل أعواد الحديد، وذلك يضيف أبعاد جمالية جديدة للمنتجات الحديدية. يعيب زخارف المنتجات الحديدية التي تم قطعها بالليزر أو البلازما أنها تكون في النهاية مسطحة فتبدو مثل زخارف النسيج أو الزخارف المطبوعة على القماش. إن عملية تفريغ الزخارف من ألواح الصاج يضعفها وهذا يتنافى مع طبيعة المنتجات الحديدية التي تستخدم أغلبها للحماية.


Recently, a range of modern metal cutting technologies such as plasma cutting, laser cutting, and water jet cutting have spread, significantly affecting the design and production of metal products in general and the design and production of iron products in particular as in the design of gates and fences, which have different design aesthetics from the previous ones, in the designing and production of which the forming methods of iron sticks were used because of the different quality of the decoration used. Some may see that these new decorations have positive aesthetic effects and others see some disadvantages. Hence, the problem of research stems from the need to monitor the pros and cons of the design aesthetics of the decoration of iron products produced using modern metal cutting techniques compared to iron products produced by forming iron sticks. The research aims to study the impact of the use of modern techniques for metal cutting on the aesthetics of the decoration of iron products. To achieve the research goal, the researcher has followed the descriptive-analytical approach. In the research, two basic axes have been studied: the first is related to modern techniques of metal cutting, and the second is related to the aesthetics of design with a focus on the design aesthetics of iron products formed from sticks and others formed using laser or plasma metal cutting techniques. The research concluded by drawing the relevant findings, the most important of which is: The decoration of iron products formed from iron sticks has unique design aesthetics. This is due to the nature of iron decorations, which depend on linear elements in their formative construction, as well as using some decorative accessories such as plant leaves, garter ornaments. Some forming processes for iron sticks such as interlacing, artichoke work, or coniferous unit, flattening and combing the ends.
Laser or plasma cutting techniques are used to make decorations for iron products in forms that are difficult and sometimes impossible to produce by traditional methods of forming iron sticks that add new aesthetic dimensions to iron products. Laser-cut or plasma-cut iron product decorations have the disadvantage that they are at the end flat and look like fabric decorations or textures printed on fabric. The process of unloading the decorations from the iron sheets weakens it and is contrary to the nature of iron products, most of which are used for protection.
