المستخلص: Despite the consequences of the health crisis and the restrictions put in place by States to contain the pandemic, the maritime transport sector has continued to play a central role in the trade of goods and services. While ensuring the supply of basic necessities to the local market. The dematerialization of certain services of the port community has ensured the fluidity of the flow of goods during this period of health crisis. Seafarers (essential workers) played an extremely important role during this difficult period, while ensuring the execution of their daily work tasks.

Malgré les conséquences de la crise sanitaire et les restrictions mises par les Etats pour endiguer la pandémie, le secteur de transport maritime a continué à jouer un rôle central dans le cadre des échanges commerciaux des biens et services. Tout en assurant l’approvisionnement du marché local par les produits de première nécessité. La dématérialisation de certains services de la communauté portuaire a permis à assurer la fluidité des flux des marchandises durant cette période de crise sanitaire. Les gens de mer (travailleurs essentiels) ont joué un rôle extrêmement important durant cette période difficile, tout en assurant l’exécution de leur tâche quotidienne de travail.
