|a تتناول الدراسة مفهوم (التربية الإعلامية) في سياقه التاريخي بالنقد والتحليل، وتحاول استجلاء مختلف جوانبه وأطره الفكرية، ضمن منظومة العوامل والمتغيرات الثقافية والاجتماعية المؤثرة في تشكله، بغية تأصيله وجهة نظر تربوية جديدة. وقد تم تناول المفهوم من خلال بعض النظريات الإعلامية والتربوية، ومن خلال الجهود الأممية والأكاديمية التي بذلت في تعريف هذا المفهوم وتحديد دلالاته ضمن مساراته التاريخية. واستطاعت الدراسة أن تبرز الدور النقدي والإنساني للتربية الإعلامية بوصفها ضرورة تاريخية في المجتمعات المعاصرة. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي في دراسة المفهوم، ضمن سياق العوامل والمتغيرات التاريخية، التي أثرت في نشأته وتطوره. وبينت من خلال هذا المنهج الكيفيات التاريخية التي تطورت فيها التربية الإعلامية من تربية في مواجهة الإعلام أي من التربية الحمائية إلى التربية التي تقوم على المشاركة والتكوين والتفاعل الإنساني. واستطاعت الدراسة في النهاية أن تقدم إجابات موضوعية عن مختلف الأسئلة التي طرحتها في الإشكالية، وانتهت إلى تقديم صورة "بانورامية" نقدية لعملية نشوء التربية الإعلامية وارتقائها كمفهوم وعلم وطريقة ومنهج. وتوصلت في خاتمة الدراسة إلى تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تركز على أهمية توحيد مصطلح التربية الإعلامية ودمجها في مختلف المستويات التعليمية المدرسية والأكاديمية على حد سواء.

|b The study deals with the concept of “media education” in its historical context by the criticism and analysis method, and it attempted to clarify various aspects and intellectual frameworks, within the system of factors and cultural and social variables affecting its formation, with a view to rooting it from a new educational point of view. And it tried to present a historical perspective on the emergence and development of media education within its historical development. The study adopted the historical approach in the study of the concept, within the context of historical factors and variables, which influenced its development and development. Through this approach, she demonstrated the historical skills in which media education has evolved from education in the face of the media, from protectionist education to education based on participation, training and human interaction. The study was able to provide objective answers to the various questions posed by the problem, and ended up presenting a “panoramic” image of the process of the emergence of media education and raising it as a concept, science, method and method. At the conclusion of the study, she presented a set of recommendations and proposals that focus on the importance of unifying the term of media education and integrating it into different educational levels, both school and academic.
