المستخلص: لما كان فهم السنة النبوية في ضوء المقاصد الشرعية يسعى إلى معرفة الأسس والقواعد المنهجية الضرورية للفهم السليم، والتقصيد الحكيم والمتوازن للسنة النبوية بهدف الوصول إلى الاستثمار العلمي والعملي الأمثل للسنة النبوية وكنوزها في مختلف مجالات الحياة، فإننا اليوم في حاجة إلى المساهمة في بناء عقلية تجمع بين معطيات العصر، وتفهم الحديث النبوي الشريف فهما صحيا شموليا متوازنا، بعيدا عن المعوقات التي تحول دون هذا الفهم، فضلا عن ضرورة اجتناب مواقع الغلو والتطرف في فهم المقاصد الشرعية من الأحاديث النبوية، من خلال الكشف عن البيئة التي قيل فيها الحديث والملابسات التي داخلته، والمناسبات التي أحاطت به، ومراعاة النظر في أحوال الناس وعاداتهم التي يفهمها تنحل إشكالات كثيرة تعرض للعلماء والمختصين في فهم كثير من الأمور كنهي الشريعة عن أشياء لا تجد فيها وجه مفسدة بحال، أو مثل ذلك. وإذا كان المقصد الشرعي لا يفهم على وجه صحيح إلا بالفهم الدقيق للنص، فكذلك فإن الفهم الدقيق للنص لا يتأتى إلا بمعرفة المقصد الشرعي، فالعلاقة بينهما علاقة تكاملية.

Since understanding the Sunnah in the light of legitimate purposes seeks to know the foundations and methodological rules necessary for a sound understanding, and wise and balanced quoting of the Sunnah in order to reach the optimal scientific and practical investment of the Sunnah and its treasures in various areas of life, we today need to contribute to building a mentality that combines The current data, and a correct, comprehensive, and balanced understanding of the Prophet’s hadith, away from the obstacles that prevent this understanding, as well as the need to avoid sites of extremism and extremism in understanding the legitimate purposes of the hadiths, by revealing the environment in which the hadith was said, and the circumstances within it. And the occasions that surrounded it, and taking into account people’s conditions and customs, which by understanding them solve many problems that are presented to scholars and specialists in understanding many matters such as the Sharia’s forbidding things in which you do not find a corrupting face in any case, or the like. And if the legal intent is not properly understood except with a careful understanding of the text, likewise, an accurate understanding of the text does not come without knowing the legal intent, for the relationship between them is a complementary relationship.
