Nous tenterons, dans la présente étude, de mener une réflexion autour d’une dialectique importante sur laquelle est basée la pensée philosophique arabo-musulmane contemporaine. Cette dialectique n’est autre que celle du l’universalité et de la spécificité étudiée selon le penseur maghrébin Taha Abderrahmane. Ce qui soulève ledit pensuer est important dans la détermination des pratiques et des processus philosophiques et dans l’explication des différents concepts profonds et complexes qui nous offre en réalité des réponses à la question du patrimoine, de la modernité, de l’identité et de la laïcité…(etc.). Taha Abderrahmane a insisté dans son projet intellectuel -la jurisprudence en philosophie- sur la nécessité de comprendre les origines et les limites de cette dialectique et le rapport entre tout ce qui est universel et ce qui est spécifique afin d’établir une philosophie participative arabe tout comme celle de l’Occident. En effet, pour bien expliciter ce problème et mettre en valeur l’essence de l’universel et ses relations avec la pensée arabo-musulmane contemporaine, le peseur maghrébin a consacré deux ouvrages intitulés Le droit arabe à la différence philosophique et Le droit musulman à la différence intellectuelle. نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية أن نطرح أهم جدلية تمحورها الفكر الفلسفي المعاصر والعربي الإسلامي منه بخاصة، وهي جدلية الكونية والخصوصية، من منظور المفكر المغربي المعاصر "طه عبد الرحمن" لما لها من أهمية في تحديد أطر عملية التفلسف ومسالك النظر الفلسفي؛ ودورها في تقديم تفسيرات لمختلف المفاهيم المطروحة راهنا والتي هي على درجة كبيرة من العمق والتعقيد، وتتضمن إجابات عن الأسئلة التي تتعلق بالتراث والحداثة والهوية والآخر والعلمانية.. هذا؛ وقد أكد "طه عبد الرحمن" في مشرعه الفكري "فقه الفلسفة" على ضرورة استيعاب أصول هذه الجدلية وجدودها المعرفية، وإدراك العلاقة التي تربط كل ما هو كوني بما هو خصوصي من أجل الوصول إلى تأسيس فلسفة عربية تشاركية تنفك عن مماثلة الفلسفة الغربية، وقد خصص مؤلفيه "الحق العربي في الاختلاف الفلسفي"، و"الحق الإسلامي في الاختلاف الفكري" لطرح هذه القضية وإبراز ماهية الكونية وعلاقتها بالفكر العربي والإسلامي المعاصر، وماهية الخصوصية والحق فيها.. Through this paper, we try to present the most important argument centered on contemporary and Arab-Islamic philosophical thought in particular, namely, the argument of universalism and privacy, from the perspective of contemporary Moroccan thinker Taha Abdelrahman because of its importance in defining the frameworks of the process of philosophizing and ways of philosophical consideration and its role in providing explanations for the various concepts presented nowadays, which are of great depth and complexity and include answers to questions related to heritage, modernity, identity, the other, and secularism. In his intellectual law, “Jurisprudence of Philosophy,” Taha Abdul Rahman stressed the need to understand the origins of this argumentative and cognitive value and to recognize the relationship that binds everything that is cosmic to what is private in order to achieve the establishment of a participatory Arab philosophy that continues to resemble Western philosophy. He devoted his two books, “The Arab Right to Philosophical Difference” and “The Islamic Right to Intellectual Difference,” to raising this issue and highlighting what universalism is and its relation to contemporary Arab and Islamic thought, and what privacy is and right to it.
