تعددت التغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية وتأثيراتها على بناء القوة داخل الأسرة المصرية، خاصة بعد ارتفاع مستوى التعليم لدى الزوجة والأبناء، والتحاق المرأة بسوق العمل، إضافة إلى مساهمتها في دخل الأسرة، ودعوات المساواة وحقوق الإنسان، وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير بناء القوة داخل الأسرة في ظل التغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافة الحديثة. والدراسة وصفية تحليلية، اعتمدت الدراسة على منهجي المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، ودراسة الحالة. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في: استمارة الاستبيان، ودليل دراسة الحالة. وتم إجراء الدراسة الميدانية في الفترة من مارس إلى أغسطس 2019. وتم اختيار عينة (350) من الأسر بطريقة غرضية بمنطقة وسط البلد. وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: تعددت العوامل التي تؤثر على حجم مشاركة المرأة في صنع القرار في الأسرة تمثلت في؛ مستوى تعليمها، والوعي بأساليب المشاركة، مشاركتها في سوق العمل. تؤثر الخلفية الاجتماعية في المشاركة في صنع القرار، ثم حجم إنفاقها داخل الأسرة، قوة شخصيتها. تعددت مظاهرة التأثير على بناء القوة في الأسرة وتتمثل في؛ المشاركة، أصبح للمرأة والأبناء سلطة في بعض القرارات. وتم صياغة عدة توصيات منها: 1)التأكيد على تنمية ثقافة المشاركة في المجتمع من خلال مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية، ومؤسسات التعليم والإعلام والمؤسسات الدينية. 2)تنمية ثقافة التعاون والمشاركة بين الأزواج، وقيم الديمقراطية من خلال جمعيات الإرشاد الأسري ووسائل الإعلام. 3)التوعية بأساليب صنع واتخاذ القرار من خلال تنمية ثقافة الحوار عن طريق مؤسسات التعليم وبرامج الإعلام والخطاب الديني.
The social and cultural changes and their effects on building strength within the Egyptian family have varied, especially after the high level of education of the wife and children, and the enrollment of women in the labor market, in addition to their contribution to family income, and calls for equality and human rights, and the study aimed to identify the impact of building strength within the family in light of Modern social and cultural changes. The study is descriptive and analytical. The study relied on the methodology’ of the social survey by sample and case study. The study tools consisted of a questionnaire and a case study guide. The field study was conducted from March to August 2019. A sample (350) of families was selected in a purposeful manner in the downtown area. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: -The factors affecting the size of women's participation in decision-making in the family were numerous, represented by: Her level of education, awareness of participatory methods, and her participation in the labor market. -The social background affects participation in decision - making, then the size of her spending within the family, and the strength of her personality. -The manifestations of the influence on building strength in the family were numerous, represented by: Participation, women and children have authority in some decisions. -Several recommendations were formulated, including: 1)Emphasizing the development of a culture of participation in society through social upbringing, educational, media and religious institutions. 2)Developing a culture of cooperation and participation between spouses, and the values of democracy through family counseling societies and the media. 3)Raising awareness of the methods of decision-making and decision-making by developing a culture of dialogue through educational institutions, media programs and religious discourse.
