تناولت هذه الدراسة المنهج الأصولي لابن حجر الهيتمي، والهدف منها إبراز جهوده في خدمة أصول الفقه، من خلال ذكر جملة من أمثلة توضح منهجا نهجه في كتابه "التعرف في الأصلين والتصوف"، ومن خلال مقارنة بين الكتب الثلاثة "جمع الجوامع" لتاج الدين السبكي، و "لب الأصول مع شرحه" للشيخ زكريا الأنصاري، و"التعرف في الأصلين والتصوف" لابن حجر الهيتمي، ومن خلال بعض آرائه الأصولية التي لم تتفق مع "جمع الجوامع" و "لب الأصول"، أو تتفق مع أحدهما دون الآخر. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة أمور: منها: أن ابن حجر الهيتمي له كتاب واحد في علم الأصول، وأنه يعتبر ممن بذل جهدا في خدمة علم الأصول، وأنه ممن اتخذ منهج المتأخرين أو طريقتهم في الجمع بين مدرسة المتكلمين أو طريقة الشافعية، ومدرسة الفقهاء، أو طريقة الحنفية في عرض آرائه الأصولية ومسائلها وموضوعها، وأنه ممن أبدع طريقة تقسيم أبواب الكتاب لبيان مسائل أصولية.
This study addressed the fundamentalist approach of Ibn Hajar al-Hitmi, and its aim is to highlight his efforts in serving the origins of jurisprudence, by mentioning a number of examples illustrating his approach in his book "Identification in origin and Sufism", and by comparing the three books "Gathering Mosques" by Taj al-Din al-Sebki, "The Core of Origins with His Explanation" by Sheikh Zakaria Al-Ansari, "Identifying the Originals and Sufism" by Ibn Hajar al-Hitmi, and through some of his fundamentalist views that did not conform to the "collection of mosques", "the core of origins", or "the core of origins", or "the core of origins", or "the core of origins", or "the core of origins", or "the core of the origins", or "the core of the origins" of Sheikh Zakaria al-Ansari. agree with one without the other.
