إن الشريعة الإسلامية صالحة لكل زمان ومكان، تواكب المستجدات والمتغيرات، وتراعي الاحتياجات والاستثناءات، ومن هذه الاستثناءات النازلة: جائحة كورونا، التي أحدثت تغيرات سريعة، تحتاج إلى توصيف الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بها. وقد اقتضت طبيعة هذا البحث تقسيمه إلى مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة وقد ذكرت في المقدمة الأهمية والأسباب والمنهج والخطة، وأما التمهيد؛ فقد تكلمت فيه عن شبه حول الطاعون وفيروس كورونا والرد عليها، أما المبحث الأول فقد شمل المسائل المتعلقة بالطهارة، وأما المبحث الثاني فقد احتوى على المسائل المتعلقة بالصلاة، ثم جاءت الخاتمة بها أهم النتائج التي انتهيت إليها والتوصيات التي أوصي بها، وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Islamic law is valid for every time and place, keeping pace with developments and the variables, and take into account the needs and exceptions. Corona pandemic is one of these accidental exceptions. It affected the whole world, and brought about huge and rapid changes, which need deep studying of its jurisprudential rulings relating to worship and dealing sections. This study is moderate without exaggeration or negligence, or lack of suspicion. It requires to be divided into an introduction, a preface, two topics, and conclusion. In the introduction, I mentioned the importance, the reasons, the results, and the plan. As for the preface, I mentioned the suspicions relating to the plague and the Corona virus, with a suitable answer. As for the first topic, it included the jurisprudential issues related to the purity. As for the second topic, it contained the fiqhi issues related to prayer. I concluded with the most important results that I achieved. In addition, I added the most important recommendations. At the end, I ask God almighty to finish the sorrow of this nation and the whole world, as he is the best answerable. May God bless our Prophet Muhammad and his companions and family.
