يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور التمكين القيادي للمرأة أثر الريادة النسائية في دعم معطيات التنمية المستدامة، من خلال تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف وهي: التعريف بمفهوم الريادة النسائية، والتنمية المستدامة وعدد من التعريفات المرتبطة بها، وتوضيح مدى أهمية الريادة النسائية مع التعرف على أهم التحديات التي قد تمثل عائقا أمام الريادة النسائية، ومن ثم التوصل إلى حلول ومقترحات تساهم في التعرف على الكيفية التي يمكن من خلالها زيادة فاعلية ريادة الأعمال النسائية. وقد كانت أهم نتائج البحث أنه لابد من العمل على زيادة التوعية الشعبية بدور وأهمية المرأة على مختلف الأصعدة. العمل على دمج ريادة الأعمال بصفة عامة وريادة الأعمال النسائية بصفة خاصة في المناهج التعليمية في كافة المؤسسات التعليمية. العمل على زيادة استيعاب وتقبل المجتمع المحلي لمشروعات ريادة الأعمال النسائية من خلال نشر الأفكار والمبادرات والتوعية بها وبفوائدها. تشجيع المنظمات الاجتماعية المحلية على استيعاب ودعم وتنفيذ أنشطة ريادة الأعمال النسائية على نطاق واسع. العمل على تعزيز الابتكار والإبداع بمشرعات ريادة الأعمال النسائية على المستوى المحلي، وتوفير الدعم لرواد الأعمال النسائية لتطوير ابتكاراتهم وإبداعاتهم. إيجاد وتسويق عدد من الطرق المبتكرة لتطوير مشروعات ريادة الأعمال النسائية.
The research aims to identify the role of women's leadership empowerment and the impact of female leadership in supporting sustainable development data, by achieving a set of objectives, namely: introducing the concept of women’s leadership, sustainable development and a number of related definitions, and clarifying the importance of female leadership while identifying the most important challenges. It may represent a hindrance to female entrepreneurship, and then reaching solutions and proposals that contribute to identifying how to increase the effectiveness of female entrepreneurship. The most important results of the research were that work must be done to increase popular awareness of the role and importance of women on various levels. Working to integrate entrepreneurship in general and female entrepreneurship in particular into the educational curricula of all educational institutions. Work to increase the understanding and acceptance of the local community for women's entrepreneurship projects by spreading ideas and initiatives and raising awareness of them and their benefits. Encouraging local social organizations to accommodate, support and implement women's entrepreneurship activities on a large scale. Work to promote innovation and creativity in women's entrepreneurship projects at the local level, and provide support for women entrepreneurs to develop their innovations and creativity. Finding and marketing a number of innovative ways to develop women's entrepreneurship projects.
