المستخلص: L'écoulement du cerveau est considéré comme un point important des pays en développement aux pays développés en fonction de leur réflexion sur les pays développés, en particulier la possibilité d'exploitation de ces pays sur l'accomplissement scientifique de ces immigrants. Ceci est mis en évidence par sa contribution aux systèmes mondiaux de propriété intellectuelle. La Chine a un pourcentage élevé de systèmes de propriété intellectuelle parce qu'il a exploité cette drain.

The Brain drain is considered as an important point from the developing countries to the developed ones according to its reflection on the developed countries especially the possibility of exploitation of this countries of the scientific accomplishment done by these immigrants. This is evidenced by its contribution to global intellectual property systems. China has high percentage in property systems intellectual because it exploited this This Brain drain.

هجرة الادمغة مشكلة تعاني منها الدول النامية، لأنها خسارة لإنتاج فكري يمكن أن يطورها، وما يثبت ذلك نسبة مساهمتها في الأنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية، والصين من بين الدول النامية التي استطاعت أن توجد لنفسها مكانة في هذه الأنظمة بفضل أدمغتها المهاجرة.
