المستخلص: L'objectif de cette étude est de préciser le rôle positif de la zakat dans une économie Islamique modernes, a travers la création des institutions afin de contribuer aux travaux de la jurisprudence de la Zakat dans les économies modernes, et de réaliser les buts et principes de la Charia dans le domaine financier et de l'investissement et la distribution des richesses et des revenus, grâce à leur donner la place fonctionnelle, l'autonomie de gestion et les attributions fonctionnelles pour son rôle culturel du développement.

الهدف من هذه الدراسة توضيح الآثار الايجابية للزكاة في الاقتصاديات الإسلامية الحديثة، بإنشاء مؤسسات تساهم في إعمال فقه الزكاة في الاقتصاديات المعاصرة، وتحقيق مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية في المجال المالي والاستثماري والتوزيعي للثروات والدخول، من خلال إعطائها المكانة الوظيفية والاستقلالية الإدارية والصلاحيات الوظيفية لتقوم بدورها الحضاري التنموي.

The objective of the present study is to clarify the positive effects of Zakat in contemporary Islamic economics, by the establishment of institutions in order to contribute to the realization of the Zakat jurisprudence in contemporary economies, and the achievement of purposes of Islamic law in the financial and investment field and the distribution of wealth and incomes. By giving it the functional standing, administrative autonomy and functional permission to play its role of development and civilization.
