المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس درجة استخدام تطبيقات الأجهزة الذكية التي تم تطويرها لتسهيل تنظيم العمرة والزيارة في الحرمين الشريفين في ظل جائحة كورونا وإيجاد حلول فعالة لتحسينها، ودورها في الحد من انتشار الفيروس. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وأداة جمع البيانات الممثلة في الاستبانات البحثية وإجراء تحليل swot للتطبيقات عن طريق جمع البيانات من قبل الباحثة، على عينة موجهة لمنسوبي الجهات المعنية بلغت (250) شخصا. وعينة من المستخدمين للتطبيقات، شملت المواطنين والمقيمين في المملكة، حيث بلغت العينة (708) أشخاص. وأظهرت النتائج وضوح خطوات التسجيل وسهولة استخدام الخدمات عبر تطبيقي توكلنا واعتمرنا، وكذلك ضرورة تحميل التطبيقات (توكلنا، تباعد، صحتي) احترازياً للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا بين المعتمرين والزوار. وتم استنتاج قلة الحاجة لوجود تطبيقات أخرى مساندة لما تتمتع به التطبيقات الحالية من دقة وسرعة ومرونة في الاستخدام؛ بالإضافة لاستيفائها جميع الخدمات التي يحتاجها المعتمر والزائر. ومن أهم التوصيات: تمكين كبار السن من الحصول على الأجهزة الذكية واستخدام التطبيقات؛ دمج تطبيقي توكلنا واعتمرنا.

The study aimed to measure the degree of use of smart device applications that were developed to facilitate the organization of Umrah and visitation in the Two Holy Mosques in light of the Corona pandemic and to find effective solutions to improve them, and their role in limiting the spread of the virus. The descriptive method and data collection tool represented in the research questionnaires were used, and a swot analysis of applications was conducted by collecting data by the researcher, on a sample directed to employees of the concerned authorities, amounting to (250) people. And a sample of users of the applications, which included citizens and residents in the Kingdom, where the sample amounted to (708) people. The results showed the clarity of the registration steps and the ease of using the services through my application that we trusted and performed, as well as the need to download applications (trust us, divergence, my health) as a precaution to limit the spread of the Corona virus among pilgrims and visitors. It was concluded that there is less need for other applications to support the accuracy, speed and flexibility of current applications. In addition to fulfilling all the services needed by the pilgrim and the visitor. Among the most important recommendations: Enabling the elderly to have access to smart devices and to use applications. My application, we trusted and performed Umrah.
